Imam Ali (AS) said, Consult your enemies; you will know from their opinion how much enmity they have [for you] and what their objectives are.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اِسْتَشِرْ أعْداءَكَ تَعْرِفْ مِنْ رَأْيِهِمْ مِقْدارَ عَداوَتِهِمْ وَ مَواضِعَ مَقاصِدِهِمْ
