hadith 4942
Imam Ali (AS) said, Betrayal of the one who submits [to you] and the one who consults [you] is from the most atrocious acts and the gravest wickedness, and leads to punishment in hellfire.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : خِيانَةُ المُسْتَسْلِمِ وَ المُسْتَشيرِ مِنْ أفْظَعِ الأُمُورِ وَ أعْظَمِ الشُّرُورِ وَ مُوجِبُ عَذابِ السَّعيرِ

Imam Ali (AS) said, Being unjust to the one who seeks advice is [the worst form of] oppression and betrayal.
