Hadith 172
7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim and Jamil ibn Darraj and Sa‘d ibn abu Khalaf who has said the following
“About the case of a woman who has a servant who has committed fornication and we need her milk. He (the Imam) said, ‘Instruct her to give permission, the milk will be fine.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ وَ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الْمَرْأَةِ يَكُونُ لَهَا الْخَادِمُ قَدْ فَجَرَتْ فَنَحْتَاجُ إِلَى لَبَنِهَا قَالَ
مُرْهَا فَلْتُحَلِّلْهَا يَطِيبُ اللَّبَنُ .

Hadith 176
11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from al-‘Amrakiy ibn Ali from Ali ibn Ja‘far from his brother, abu al-Hassan (a.s.), who has said the following
“I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), about the case of a woman who has given birth because of fornication; if it is proper to hire her for breastfeeding. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not proper as well as the milk of her daughter who is born out of wedlock.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَمْرَكِيِّ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ وَلَدَتْ مِنْ زِنًى هَلْ يَصْلُحُ أَنْ يُسْتَرْضَعَ بِلَبَنِهَا قَالَ لَا يَصْلُحُ وَ لَا لَبَنِ ابْنَتِهَا الَّتِي وُلِدَتْ مِنَ الزِّنَى .
