9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about Ghusl (bath) when throwing pebbles on al- Jamar. He (the Imam) said, ‘You perhaps can take Ghusl (bath) but it is not of the Sunnah except because of heat and perspiration.’”
علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبى عمير، عن حماد، عن الحلبي، عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قال
سألته عن الغسل إذا رمى الجمار، فقال: ربما فعلت وأما السنة فلا ولكن من الحر والعرق.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘In the case of people of Makkah when they visit the House, then enter their lodgings; they perform their Salat (prayer) complete, but if they do not enter their lodging, they perform in the form of Taqsir (reduced Salat (prayer) as on a journey after traveling a certain distance).”’
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
إِنَّ أَهْلَ مَكَّةَ إِذَا زَارُوا الْبَيْتَ وَدَخَلُوا مَنَازِلَهُمْ أَتَمُّوا وَإِذَا لَمْ يَدْخُلُوا مَنَازِلَهُمْ قَصَّرُوا.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, prohibited spreading of poison in the lands of the pagans.”’
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) أَنْ يُلْقَى السَّمُّ فِي بِلادِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfaliy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘You must not lodge women in a chamber, do not teach them writing (that would lead to unlawful behavior), but teach them the spinning wheel and Chapter 24 of the Quran.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لا تُنْزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ بِالْغُرَفِ وَلا تُعَلِّمُوهُنَّ الْكِتَابَةَ وَعَلِّمُوهُنَّ الْمِغْزَلَ وَسُورَةَ النُّورِ.

hadith 85
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from one of our people from Abu ‘Abdillah (al-Sadiq) (as): He was asked about a man who was in the state of ritual impurity (janaba), so they gave him the formal bath (ghusl) and he died. So he said, "
They have killed him. So, ask, for indeed, the remedy for ignorance is asking."
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ مَجْدُورٍ أَصَابَتْهُ جَنَابَةٌ فَغَسَّلُوهُ فَمَاتَ قَالَ قَتَلُوهُ أَلا سَأَلُوا فَإِنَّ دَوَاءَ الْعِيِّ السُّؤَالُ

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) يَقُولُ الْيَدُ الْعُلْيَا خَيْرٌ مِنَ الْيَدِ السُّفْلَى وَابْدَأْ بِمَنْ تَعُولُ.

14. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of our people who has said the following
“I once asked al-Rida’ (a.s.), about the case of a Christian man who became a Muslim and had wine and pigs and owed debts; if he could sell his wine and pigs to pay off his debts. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he cannot do so.’”

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ نَصْرَانِيٍّ أَسْلَمَ وَعِنْدَهُ خَمْرٌ وَخَنَازِيرُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ هَلْ يَبِيعُ خَمْرَهُ وَخَنَازِيرَهُ وَيَقْضِي دَيْنَهُ قَالَ لا.

58.Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr, from Hashaam Bin Saalim, who has narrated: ‘
I heard Abu Abdullah (asws) saying: ‘The opinion and the dream of a ‘Momin’ (Believer), and what he sees in the later portion of the time is a seventieth part of the parts of the Prophet-hood’.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from ‘Abd al- Rahman ibn al-Hajjaj from abu al-Hassan Musa (a.s.) who has said the following
“Two people were abusing each other and the Imam said, ‘The initiator is more unjust. His own sins and the sins of his companion are on him as long as the oppressed one does not transgress.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ مُوسَى (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) فِي رَجُلَيْنِ يَتَسَابَّانِ فَقَالَ
الْبَادِي مِنْهُمَا أَظْلَمُ وَوِزْرُهُ وَوِزْرُ صَاحِبِهِ عَلَيْهِ مَا لَمْ يَتَعَدَّ الْمَظْلُومُ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If you give dirhams as a loan, then the party pays you back with better ones, it is not unlawful, if there is no stipulation between you.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا أَقْرَضْتَ الدَّرَاهِمَ ثُمَّ أَتَاكَ بِخَيْرٍ مِنْهَا فَلا بَأْسَ إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ بَيْنَكُمَا شَرْطٌ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘It is not unlawful if a man takes dirhams in Makkah and writes for them (his people) notes to pay them in al-Kufah.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَأْخُذَ الرَّجُلُ الدَّرَاهِمَ بِمَكَّةَ وَيَكْتُبَ لَهُمْ سَفَاتِجَ أَنْ يُعْطُوهَا بِالْكُوفَةِ.

15. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad from Hariz who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘There is no offense in picking up a stick, pieces of wood used in the saddle of camels, stage, ropes, and harnesses and similar items. He (the Imam) then said, ‘Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, “Such things are not wanted items.’”” (Consult fatwa also.)
15- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ بِلُقَطَةِ الْعَصَا وَالشِّظَاظِ وَالْوَتِدِ وَالْحَبْلِ وَالْعِقَالِ وَأَشْبَاهِهِ قَالَ وَقَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لَيْسَ لِهَذَا طَالِبٌ.

10. Ali b. Ibrahim has narrated from from his father from Ibn Abi Umayr from Abu Ayyub al-Khazzas from Muhammad b. Muslim who said
I heard abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) say, “‘If an occultation reaches you all regarding the Master of this command, then do not reject it.”
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ إِنْ بَلَغَكُمْ عَنْ صَاحِبِ هَذَا الامْرِ غَيْبَةٌ فَلا تُنْكِرُوهَا.

11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari from Abu Abdillah (a.s), who has said the following
“Whoever Allah accepts even a single prayer from, He will not punish them, and whoever Allah accepts even one good deed from, He will not punish them.”
11ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ قَبِلَ الله مِنْهُ صَلاَةً وَاحِدَةً لَمْ يُعَذِّبْهُ وَمَنْ قَبِلَ مِنْهُ حَسَنَةً لَمْ يُعَذِّبْهُ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Harun ibn Muslim from Mas’adah ibn Sadaqa from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali ibn abu Talib (a.s.) has said, ‘Beware of disputations and quarrels; they create ill feelings toward the brothers (in belief) and upon these two hypocrisy grows.’”

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْمِرَاءَ وَالْخُصُومَةَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يُمْرِضَانِ الْقُلُوبَ عَلَى الإخْوَانِ وَيَنْبُتُ عَلَيْهِمَا النِّفَاقُ.

“Whoever looks down upon a believer or belittles him because of his small resources or poverty, on the Day of Judgment Allah will make (his disgrace) public to all creatures.”

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Zurara from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following
“When the soul reaches this - pointing to his throat - there will be no repentance for one who has knowledge, however, there will be repentance for an ignorant person.”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا بَلَغَتِ النَّفْسُ هَذِهِ وَأَهْوَى بِيَدِهِ إِلَى حَلْقِهِ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِلْعَالِمِ تَوْبَةٌ وَكَانَتْ لِلْجَاهِلِ تَوْبَةٌ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim narrated from his father, from al-Nawfali, from al-Sakuni, from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
The Prophet (saw) said: "Indeed, a non-Arab man from my nation recites the Quran in a non-Arabic manner, and the angels elevate him to an Arabic level."
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ الأعْجَمِيَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ بِعَجَمِيَّةٍ فَتَرْفَعُهُ الْمَلائِكَةُ عَلَى عَرَبِيَّةٍ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from those whom he has mentioned (in his book) from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“About the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, ‘We believe you to be a righteous person,’ (12:36) the Imam said, ‘He would make room for others in a gathering, lend money to the needy and assist the weak.’”

كَانَ يُوَسِّعُ الْمَجْلِسَ وَيَسْتَقْرِضُ لِلْمُحْتَاجِ وَيُعِينُ الضَّعِيفَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Sitting in the Mosque in a leaning posture is the monkish practice of the Arabs. The gathering place of believing people is the Mosque, and their monastery is their home.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) الإتِّكَاءُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ رَهْبَانِيَّةُ الْعَرَبِ إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ مَجْلِسُهُ مَسْجِدُهُ وَصَوْمَعَتُهُ بَيْتُهُ.
