hadith 1974
5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad, from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about gold and the amount of its Zakat. He (the Imam) said, ‘Once its value amounts up to two hundred dirham then Zakat is payable.’”
5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الذَّهَبِ كَمْ فِيهِ مِنَ الزَّكَاةِ فَقَالَ إِذَا بَلَغَ قِيمَتُهُ مِائَتَيْ دِرْهَمٍ فَعَلَيْهِ الزَّكَاةُ.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that it is preferable for a person suffering from illness to give charity with his own hand to one who asks for charity, then ask him to pray for him.”
9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ يُسْتَحَبُّ لِلْمَرِيضِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَ السَّائِلَ بِيَدِهِ وَيَأْمُرَ السَّائِلَ أَنْ يَدْعُوَ لَهُ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Yahya af-Tawif who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, the most Majestic, the most Glorious, has not made the tongue to extend and the hands to withhold but that He has made them to extend and withhold together.”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى الطَّوِيلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَا جَعَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بَسْطَ اللِّسَانِ وَكَفَّ الْيَدِ وَلَكِنْ جَعَلَهُمَا يُبْسَطَانِ مَعاً وَيُكَفَّانِ مَعاً.

10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Amir al-Mu 5 minin (a.s.), has said, ‘The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, had commanded us to meet sinful people with a frowning face . 555
10- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) أَنْ نَلْقَى أَهْلَ الْمَعَاصِي بِوُجُوهٍ مُكْفَهِرَّةٍ.

“Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), has said, ‘Wine is made of five substances: Dates, raisins, wheat, barley and honey.’” Muhammad ibn Yahya from Muhammad ibn Ahmad has narrated from ibn abu Najran Safwan al- Jammal from ‘Amir ibn al-Simt from Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), a similar Hadith.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from certain persons of his people from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a divorce which is not with waiting period. He (the Imam) said, ‘It must be returned to the book of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious.’”

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“About the case of a man who goes back to his wife without witness, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘I like if he arranged for witness; however, what he has done is not unlawful.’ ”

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr who has narrated the following
“Abu al-Hassan al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘If proof is established that she was divorced on such and such date which proves the expiration of her ‘Iddah (waiting period) she becomes a stranger for him.’”

18. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘If one makes a will without being unjust and harming anyone it is like giving it as charity in his lifetime.”
18- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ مَنْ أَوْصَى وَلَمْ يَحِفْ وَلَمْ يُضَارَّ كَانَ كَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فِي حَيَاتِهِ.

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father who has narrated from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that whoever performs five hundred Rak‘at optional Salah (prayer) from one Friday to the next Friday, he can ask Allah whatever he wants except a wish for unlawful matters.”
7ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ تَنَفَّلَ مَا بَيْنَ الْجُمُعَةِ إِلَى الْجُمُعَةِ خَمْسَمِائَةِ رَكْعَةٍ فَلَهُ عِنْدَ الله مَا شَاءَ إِلاَّ أَنْ يَتَمَنَّى مُحَرَّماً.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one in the state of Ihram pulls out a hair from his beard or from other parts of his body, he must feed one destitute person in his hand (with one meal).”’
9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
إِنْ نَتَفَ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنْ شَعْرِ لِحْيَتِهِ وَغَيْرِهَا شَيْئاً فَعَلَيْهِ أَنْ يُطْعِمَ مِسْكِيناً فِي يَدِهِ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Ticks are not from the camel. Al-Halamah is from the camel like lice are from your body, so do not throw them away; but throw away ticks.”’
8ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
إِنَّ الْقُرَادَ لَيْسَ مِنَ الْبَعِيرِ وَالْحَلَمَةُ مِنَ الْبَعِيرِ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْقَمْلَةِ مِنْ جَسَدِكَ فَلا تُلْقِهَا وَأَلْقِ الْقُرَادَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘We would say that we must commence our Tawaf from the Black Stone and end by the Black Stone; however, today the number of people has increased.”’
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) كُنَّا نَقُولُ لا بُدَّ أَنْ نَسْتَفْتِحَ بِالْحَجَرِ وَنَخْتِمَ بِهِ فَأَمَّا الْيَوْمَ فَقَدْ كَثُرَ النَّاسُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Whoever keeps his Tawaf short before the Black Stone, he must repeat his Tawaf commencing from the Black Stone and end at the front of the Black Stone.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
مَنِ اخْتَصَرَ فِي الْحِجْرِ فِي الطَّوَافِ فَلْيُعِدْ طَوَافَهُ مِنَ الْحَجَرِ الأَسْوَدِ إِلَى الْحَجَرِ الأَسْوَدِ.

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘If one makes a will about one-third of his legacy, then is killed by mistake, one-third of the wergild for him becomes part of that which he has willed.’”
7- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) مَنْ أَوْصَى بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ ثُمَّ قُتِلَ خَطَأً فَإِنَّ ثُلُثَ دِيَتِهِ دَاخِلٌ فِي وَصِيَّتِهِ.

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), has said, ‘If children are asked to bear testimony if they did so as children it is permissible, when they grow up, to present it if they have not forgotten.’”

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِنَّ شَهَادَةَ الصِّبْيَانِ إِذَا أَشْهَدُوهُمْ وَهُمْ صِغَارٌ جَازَتْ إِذَا كَبِرُوا مَا لَمْ يَنْسَوْهَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘The hand of Allah waves over the head of a governor and a judge because of judgment; but when he acts unjustly then Allah leaves him to his own self.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَدُ اللهِ فَوْقَ رَأْسِ الْحَاكِمِ تُرَفْرِفُ بِالرَّحْمَةِ فَإِذَا حَافَ وَكَلَهُ اللهُ إِلَى نَفْسِهِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from certain persons of his people from ‘Asem ibn Humayd from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about the case of a man who has testimony; if it is obligatory on him to take an oath. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, it is not obligatory on him/”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), asked, ‘Do you know why there are three? I replied, ‘No, I do not know. 5 He (the Imam) said, ‘It is because if one attends one of them he has attended al-Hajj.’” (Fatwa best explains this Hadith)
علي بن إبراهيم، عن أبيه، عن ابن أبي عمير، عن بعض أصحابه، عن أبي عبدالله عليه السلام قال
قال: تدري لم جعل ثلاث هنا؟ قال: قلت: لا قال: فمن أدرك شيئا منها فقد أدرك الحج.
