Hadith 1646

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from al-Hassan al-Hadramiy from the one who narrated to him who has said the following
“Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), has said, ‘Wine is made of five substances: Dates, raisins, wheat, barley and honey.’” Muhammad ibn Yahya from Muhammad ibn Ahmad has narrated from ibn abu Najran Safwan al- Jammal from ‘Amir ibn al-Simt from Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), a similar Hadith.
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الْخَمْرُ مِنْ خَمْسَةِ أَشْيَاءَ مِنَ التَّمْرِ وَ الزَّبِيبِ وَ الْحِنْطَةِ وَ الشَّعِيرِ وَ الْعَسَلِ .
