Hadith.3380 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Malik ibn Atiyyah from Abu Basir from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as)
I asked him about a man who married a woman with the condition of giving her a house in his property, and he had partners in that property. Imam (as) said: "It is permissible for him and her, and none of the partners have any right of preemption (shufah) against her."
3380 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ اِمْرَأَةً عَلَى بَيْتٍ فِي دَارٍ لَهُ وَ لَهُ فِي تِلْكَ اَلدَّارِ شُرَكَاءُ قَالَ "جَائِزٌ لَهُ وَ لَهَا وَ لاَ شُفْعَةَ لِأَحَدٍ مِنَ اَلشُّرَكَاءِ عَلَيْهَا".

Hadith.4515 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Malik ibn Atiyyah, from Sulaiman ibn Khalid, from Abu Abdillah (as), who said
"A group of people came to the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah (swt), we have seen people prostrating to one another.' The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: 'If I were to command anyone to prostrate to another, I would have commanded the woman to prostrate to her husband.'"
4515 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"إِنَّ قَوْماً أَتَوْا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ إِنَّا رَأَيْنَا أُنَاساً يَسْجُدُ بَعْضُهُمْ لِبَعْضِ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ "لَوْ كُنْتُ آمِراً أَحَداً أَنْ يَسْجُدَ لِأَحَدٍ لَأَمَرْتُ اَلْمَرْأَةَ أَنْ تَسْجُدَ لِزَوْجِهَا".

hadith 1925
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Malik ibn ‘Atiyyah from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said that once a woman came to the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, and asked, ‘What is the right of husband on a woman?’ He (the Messenger of Allah) said to her, ‘She must yield to and obey him and must not oppose and disobey him. She must not give charity from his house without his permission and must not fast optionally without his permission. If she goes out of his house without his permission, the angels of skies and earth condemn her as well the angels of wrath and angels of mercy until she returns to her home.’ She then asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah, who has the greatest right on a man?’ He (the Messenger of Allah) replied, ‘His father has the greatest right.’ She then asked, ‘O Messenger of Allah, who has the greatest right on a woman?’ He (the Messenger of Allah) replied, ‘Her husband has the greatest right on her.’ She then asked, ‘How is it that I do not have as much right on him as he has on me?’ He (the Messenger of Allah) said, ‘No, not even one out of one hundred.’ She then said, ‘I swear by the One who has sent you as a prophet in all truth; I will never allow any man to have a hold of my neck.’”
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
جَاءَتِ امْرَأَةٌ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ لَهَا أَنْ تُطِيعَهُ وَلا تَعْصِيَهُ وَلا تَصَدَّقَ مِنْ بَيْتِهِ إِلا بِإِذْنِهِ وَلا تَصُومَ تَطَوُّعاً إِلا بِإِذْنِهِ وَلا تَمْنَعَهُ نَفْسَهَا وَإِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ وَلا تَخْرُجَ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا إِلا بِإِذْنِهِ وَإِنْ خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ لَعَنَتْهَا مَلائِكَةُ السَّمَاءِ وَمَلائِكَةُ الأرْضِ وَمَلائِكَةُ الْغَضَبِ وَمَلائِكَةُ الرَّحْمَةِ حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ إِلَى بَيْتِهَا فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَنْ أَعْظَمُ النَّاسِ حَقّاً عَلَى الرَّجُلِ قَالَ وَالِدُهُ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَنْ أَعْظَمُ النَّاسِ حَقّاً عَلَى الْمَرْأَةِ قَالَ زَوْجُهَا قَالَتْ فَمَا لِي عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ مِثْلُ مَا لَهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ لا وَلا مِنْ كُلِّ مِائَةٍ وَاحِدَةٌ قَالَ فَقَالَتْ وَالَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ نَبِيّاً لا يَمْلِكُ رَقَبَتِي رَجُلٌ أَبَداً.

Hadith.4513 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Malik ibn Atiyyah, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said
A woman came to the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) and said: "O Messenger of Allah (swt), what is the right of a husband over his wife?" Imam (as) said: "She must obey him and not disobey him. She must not give anything in charity from his house except with his permission, and she must not observe voluntary fasting except with his permission. She must not deny him herself, even if she is on the back of a camel. She must not leave her house without his permission. If she leaves without his permission, the angels of the heavens, the angels of the earth, the angels of wrath, and the angels of mercy will curse her until she returns to her house." She then asked: "O Messenger of Allah (swt), who has the greatest right over a man?" He (sw) said: "His parents." She asked: "And who has the greatest right over a woman?" He (sw) said: "Her husband." She then asked: "Do I have the same right over him as he has over me?" He (sw) replied: "No, not even one out of a hundred." She said: "By the One who sent you as a Prophet with truth, no man will ever have control over my neck!"
4513 - رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ عَطِيَّةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"جَاءَتِ اِمْرَأَةٌ إِلَى رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ مَا حَقُّ اَلزَّوْجِ عَلَى اَلْمَرْأَةِ فَقَالَ لَهَا "تُطِيعُهُ وَ لاَ تَعْصِيهِ وَ لاَ تَصَدَّقُ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا شَيْئاً إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ وَ لاَ تَصُومُ تَطَوُّعاً إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ وَ لاَ تَمْنَعُهُ نَفْسَهَا وَ إِنْ كَانَتْ عَلَى ظَهْرِ قَتَبٍ وَ لاَ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا إِلاَّ بِإِذْنِهِ فَإِنْ خَرَجَتْ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِ لَعَنَتْهَا مَلاَئِكَةُ اَلسَّمَاءِ وَ مَلاَئِكَةُ اَلْأَرْضِ وَ مَلاَئِكَةُ اَلْغَضَبِ وَ مَلاَئِكَةُ اَلرَّحْمَةِ حَتَّى تَرْجِعَ إِلَى بَيْتِهَا" فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ مَنْ أَعْظَمُ اَلنَّاسِ حَقّاً عَلَى اَلرَّجُلِ قَالَ "وَالِدَاهُ" قَالَتْ فَمَنْ أَعْظَمُ اَلنَّاسِ حَقّاً عَلَى اَلْمَرْأَةِ قَالَ "زَوْجُهَا" قَالَتْ فَمَا لِي مِنَ اَلْحَقِّ عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُ مَا لَهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ "لاَ وَ لاَ مِنْ كُلِّ مِائَةٍ وَاحِدَةٌ" فَقَالَتْ وَ اَلَّذِي بَعَثَكَ بِالْحَقِّ نَبِيّاً لاَ يَمْلِكُ رَقَبَتِي رَجُلٌ أَبَداً ".
