محمد بن أحمد النهدي. وقع بهذا العنوان في إسناد عدة من الروايات تبلغ ثلاثة وثلاثين موردا. فقد روى عن إسماعيل بن مهران، وعمرو بن عثمان، وكثير بن يونس، ومحمد بن خالد، ومحمد بن خلاد الصيقل، ومحمد بن علي، ومحمد بن الوليد، ومصعب بن يزيد، ومعاوية بن حكيم، ويحيى بن يسار القنبري، ويعقوب بن يزيد. وروى عنه أحمد بن محمد، وأحمد بن محمد بن أحمد، وأحمد بن محمد العاصمي، وأحمد بن محمد الكوفي، والحسين بن محمد، وعلي بن محمد. ثم روى الكليني، عن الحسن بن محمد، عن محمد بن أحمد النهدي، عن إسماعيل بن مهران. الروضة: الحديث 95. كذا في الوافي أيضا، ولكن الظاهر أن الصحيح الحسين بن محمد، بدل الحسن بن محمد، بقرينة سائر الروايات. أقول: هو محمد بن أحمد بن خاقان النهدي المتقدم.
