The passing away of Imam Ali Naqi (a.s) was mentioned before Imam Hasan Askari (a.s). He said: “That is so long as I am alive and remaining. However, how would it be like when they miss the one after me?”

“We are the ones who are the Masters in this world and the Rulers in the Hereafter.”

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Ali ibn ‘Uqbah from al-Husayn ibn Musa from Burayd and Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one buys the foodstuff of a people who dislike such purchase, on the Day of Judgment it will be recovered for them from his flesh.’”

Through the same chain of narrators as the previous one is the following Hadith from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufiy from ‘Ubays ibn Hisham from Aban ibn Taghlib from abu Hamzah in a marfu’ manner’ has said, the following: “Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), once stood on the house of ibn abu Mu‘ayt where camel men stayed, and said, ‘
O middlemen people, you must reduce swearing; it makes a merchandise easily marketable but destroys the profit.’”
2- وَعَنْهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْسِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ رَفَعَهُ قَالَ

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has prohibited that a man take Tayammum with the soil of the road.’”
6ـ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْعَلَوِيُّ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ جُمْهُورٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله الْحَسَنِيِّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ الْعُرَنِيِّ عَنْ غِيَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
نَهَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) أَنْ يَتَيَمَّمَ الرَّجُلُ بِتُرَابٍ مِنْ أَثَرِ الطَّرِيقِ.

4. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufiy from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sa‘id ibn Yasar who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about exchanging one camel for two camels in a hand in hand transaction and on credit. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is permissible if you name it in terms of age, Jadh‘ayn or Thaniyayn (kinds of camels in terms of age). He (the Imam) then commanded me to strike out the word ‘al-Nisyah’ (on credit perhaps because of Taqiyyah).
4- أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الْبَعِيرِ بِالْبَعِيرَيْنِ يَداً بِيَدٍ وَنَسِيئَةً فَقَالَ نَعَمْ لا بَأْسَ إِذَا سَمَّيْتَ بِالأسْنَانِ جَذَعَيْنِ أَوْ ثَنِيَّيْنِ ثُمَّ أَمَرَنِي فَخَطَطْتُ عَلَى النَّسِيئَةِ.

2. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Kufiy from al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Amir from Dawud ibn al-Husayn who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one drinks intoxicating liquor his Salat (prayer) is not accepted for forty days. If he dies within the forty days, he dies as one of the ignorant people (pagans) and if he repents (turns to), Allah also turns to him.’”

مَنْ شَرِبَ مُسْكِراً لَمْ تُقْبَلْ مِنْهُ صَلَاتُهُ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً فَإِنْ مَاتَ فِي الْأَرْبَعِينَ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً وَ إِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ .

5ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ مُصَدِّقِ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي الْحَائِضِ تَغْتَسِلُ وَعَلَى جَسَدِهَا الزَّعْفَرَانُ لَمْ يَذْهَبْ بِهِ الْمَاءُ قَالَ
لاَ بَأْسَ.

4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn Mahbub from al-Hassan ibn Ali from ibn Ribat from Sayf al- Tammar who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that as long as one keeps looking at al-Ka’bah, one good deed is written for him and one bad deed is deleted until he turns away from looking at al-Ka’bah.”
4ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ ابْنِ رِبَاطٍ عَنْ سَيْفٍ التَّمَّارِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
مَنْ نَظَرَ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ لَمْ يَزَلْ تُكْتَبُ لَهُ حَسَنَةٌ وَتُمْحَى عَنْهُ سَيِّئَةٌ حَتَّى يَنْصَرِفَ بِبَصَرِهِ عَنْهَا.

“‘Abd al-Rahman once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man’s treating the backside of a camel while in the state of Ihram. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can throw away bugs but must not make it bleed.’”
11ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْكُوفِيِّ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ جَبَلَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ
سَأَلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ الْمُحْرِمِ يُعَالِجُ دَبَرَ الْجَمَلِ قَالَ فَقَالَ يُلْقِي عَنْهُ الدَّوَابَّ وَلا يُدْمِيهِ.

hadith 1326
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al- Hassan ibn Ali ibn al-Nu’man from abu Hafs al-‘A’sha’ who has said the following
“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘The Messenger of Allah has said, “Whoever works to help his brother (in belief), but is not sincere, has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.’”
1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ أَبِي حَفْصٍ الأعْشَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ سَعَى فِي حَاجَةٍ لأخِيهِ فَلَمْ يَنْصَحْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ.

2. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Abu Maryam who has said the following
“Abi ‘Abdillah (a.s), has said, ‘The virgin bondmaid who has a father must not marry without his permission.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘If she has control over her affairs she can marry whenever she wants.’”
2- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْجَارِيَةُ الْبِكْرُ الَّتِي لَهَا أَبٌ لا تَتَزَوَّجُ إِلا بِإِذْنِ أَبِيهَا وَقَالَ إِذَا كَانَتْ مَالِكَةً لأمْرِهَا تَزَوَّجَتْ مَتَى شَاءَتْ.

7. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from abu Ayyub who has said the following
“I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘A man asks his slave to sell his grapes as grape juice but he sells it as wine; then brings the price to him.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘The most beloved thing to me in this case is to give it (price) as charity.’”
7- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) رَجُلٌ أَمَرَ غُلامَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ كَرْمَهُ عَصِيراً فَبَاعَهُ خَمْراً ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ بِثَمَنِهِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَحَبَّ الأشْيَاءِ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يُتَصَدَّقَ بِثَمَنِهِ.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Musa from Ahmad ibn al-Hassan from Ali from his father from Ali ibn ‘Uqbah from Musa ibn ’Ukayl al-Numayriy from al-‘Ala’ ibn Sayabah who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali (a.s.), would not allow the testimony of a wage worker.’”
4- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ أُكَيْلٍ النُّمَيْرِيِّ عَنِ الْعَلاءِ بْنِ سَيَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) لا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ الأجِيرِ.

hadith 184
18.Al-Ḥasan ibn ʿAlī al-Khazzāz [al-Washshāʾ] narrated from Abū al- Ḥasan (a) whom
he heard saying, “Verily Prophet Ayyūb (a) said, ‘O Lord, I have never asked You for anything of this world, ever.’ And an inkling of self-admiration entered his heart. Then a cloud approached him and called out to him, ‘O Ayyūb, who enabled you to do this?’ [Thus he realised the mistake, and turning to his Lord] he said, ‘You, O Lord!’”
الحسن بن علي (الخزاز) (الوشاء) عن أبي الحسن عليه السلام قال
سمعته يقول: إن أيوب النبي عليه السلام قال: يا رب ما سألتك شيئا من الدنيا قط وداخلني (وداخله) شئ فأقبلت إليه سحابة حتى نادته: يا أيوب من وفقك لذلك؟ قال: أنت يا رب.

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Hassan ibn Ali from ‘Abd al-Samad ibn Bashir from ‘ Atiyyah brother of al-Mighra’ who has said the following
“I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), that companions of al-Mughirah prohibit eating of meat which is dried up in the sun and fire has not touched it. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful to eat it.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَطِيَّةَ أَخِي أَبِي الْمَغْرَاءِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ أَصْحَابَ الْمُغِيرَةِ يَنْهَوْنَ عَنْ أَكْلِ الْقَدِيدِ الَّتِي لَمْ تَمَسَّهُ النَّارُ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَكْلِهِ .

Husayn ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from Abu Basir from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.), who said
“Whoever thinks that Allah orders people to commit sins has ascribed lies to Allah and whoever thinks that good and evil are from Allah has ascribed lies to Allah.”

5. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman from al- Harith ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following
“I once said to abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), in al-Madinah after my return from Makkah that I wanted to assign my al-Hajj for my daughter. He (the Imam) said, ‘Assign it for her now.’”
5ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ
