Hadith 1326
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al- Hassan ibn Ali ibn al-Nu’man from abu Hafs al-‘A’sha’ who has said the following
“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘The Messenger of Allah has said, “Whoever works to help his brother (in belief), but is not sincere, has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.’”
1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنْ أَبِي حَفْصٍ الأعْشَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) مَنْ سَعَى فِي حَاجَةٍ لأخِيهِ فَلَمْ يَنْصَحْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ.

Hadith 1327
2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama’a who has said the following
“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Any believer who works to help his brother (in belief) but is not sincere enough has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.’”
2ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ مَشَى فِي حَاجَةِ أَخِيهِ فَلَمْ يُنَاصِحْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ.

Hadith 1328
3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid and abu Ali al-Ash’ari from Muhammad ibn Hassan all from Edris ibn al-Hassan from Musabbih ibn Hilqam who has said that
abu Basir narrated to him the following: “I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Whoever of our people is asked for help by any of his brothers (in belief) and does not do his best to help, has breached his trust with Allah, the Messenger of Allah and the believers.’ Abu Basir has said that he then asked Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) ‘What do you mean by “The believers”?’ The Imam said, ‘It applies to Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali ibn abu Talib (a.s.) as well as ‘A’immah (Leaders with Divine Authority) to the very last of them,.”’
3ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَأَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ جَمِيعاً عَنْ إِدْرِيسَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ مُصَبِّحِ بْنِ هِلْقَامَ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا اسْتَعَانَ بِهِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ إِخْوَانِهِ فِي حَاجَةٍ فَلَمْ يُبَالِغْ فِيهَا بِكُلِّ جُهْدٍ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ أَبُو بَصِيرٍ قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) مَا تَعْنِي بِقَوْلِكَ وَالْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ مِنْ لَدُنْ أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ إِلَى آخِرِهِمْ.

Hadith 1329
4. It is narrated from both of them from Muhammad ibn Ali from abu Jamilah who has said the following
“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Whoever walks to help his brother (in belief) but not with enough sincerity is like one who has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah, and Allah will be his foe.’”
4ـ عَنْهُمَا جَمِيعاً عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ مَنْ مَشَى فِي حَاجَةِ أَخِيهِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يُنَاصِحْهُ فِيهَا كَانَ كَمَنْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ وَكَانَ الله خَصْمَهُ.

Hadith 1330
5. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from certain individuals of his people from Husayn ibn Hazim from Husayn ibn ‘Umar ibn Yazid from his father from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) has said, ‘If anyone consults his brother (in belief) and he does not help him with sincere opinions, Allah, the Majestic, the Glorious, takes away his good opinion (ability to form good opinions).”’
5ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَنِ اسْتَشَارَ أَخَاهُ فَلَمْ يَمْحَضْهُ مَحْضَ الرَّأْيِ سَلَبَهُ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ رَأْيَهُ.

Hadith 1331
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa ibn ‘Ubayd from Yunus from Sama’a who has said the following
“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Any believer who walks with his brother (in belief) to help, but is not sincere enough has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ مَشَى مَعَ أَخِيهِ الْمُؤْمِنِ فِي حَاجَةٍ فَلَمْ يُنَاصِحْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ.
