Hadith.4850 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it is reported that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said
"The umm al-walad (woman who has borne her master's child) is included in the ruling of ẓihar."
4850 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "أُمُّ اَلْوَلَدِ تُجْزِي فِي اَلظِّهَارِ".

Hadith.5351 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni: "Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) used to hold the one leading (the animal), the one driving (the animal), and the rider accountable."
5351 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ كَانَ يُضَمِّنُ اَلْقَائِدَ وَ اَلسَّائِقَ وَ اَلرَّاكِبَ".

Hadith.5386 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni: "Indeed, the Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled that for the hashimah (a wound that fractures the bone), the compensation is ten camels."
5386 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ أَمِيرَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَضَى فِي اَلْهَاشِمَةِ بِعَشْرٍ مِنَ اَلْإِبِلِ".

Hadith.5291 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, it is reported that Commander of the Faithful (as) ruled that if the spine is broken, the full blood money (diya) is due.
5291 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ أَمِيرَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَضَى فِي اَلصُّلْبِ إِذَا اِنْكَسَرَ اَلدِّيَةَ".

Hadith.2436 - Al-Sakuni narrated with his chain of transmission that the
Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings of Allah (swt) be upon him and his family) said: "First the companion, then the journey."
2436 - رَوَى اَلسَّكُونِيُّ بِإِسْنَادِهِ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : «اَلرَّفِيقَ ثُمَّ اَلسَّفَرَ ».

Hadith.5294 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it is reported that Commander of the Faithful (as) said
"An eye is not to be examined (for diyyah) on a cloudy day."
5294 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "لاَ تُقَاسُ عَيْنٌ فِي يَوْمِ غَيْمٍ".

Hadith.4403 - It is narrated by Al-Sakooni from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"Escort your brides at night and serve food in the morning."
4403 - وَ رَوَى اَلسَّكُونِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"زُفُّوا عَرَائِسَكُمْ لَيْلاً وَ أَطْعِمُوا ضُحًى".

Hadith.5269 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, Commander of the Faithful (as) said: "The injuries of slaves are to be compensated in the same manner as the injuries of free people, according to their value."

Hadith.4688 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings be upon him and his family) said: "A righteous child is a flower from the flowers of Paradise."

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Tharid is the food of Arabs.’”

Hadith.5276 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, it is reported that Commander of the Faithful (as) said
"For the male child's private part, there is full blood money (diyyah), and for the impotent man's private part, there is also full blood money (diyyah)."
5276 - فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ أَنَّ
أَمِيرَ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: "فِي ذَكَرِ اَلصَّبِيِّ اَلدِّيَةُ وَ فِي ذَكَرِ اَلْعِنِّينِ اَلدِّيَةُ".

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Applying oil demonstrates wealth.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الدُّهْنُ يُظْهِرُ الْغِنَى .

Hadith.5074 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "Whoever acknowledges a child and then denies him is to be given the legal punishment and held responsible for the child."

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Wudu’ is part of belief.’”
8ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
الْوُضُوءُ شَطْرُ الإِيمَانِ.

Hadith.4676 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, it is reported that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) used to say, "
Prevent your women from breastfeeding here and there (to various children), for they may forget."
4676 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ
كَانَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَقُولُ: "اِنْهَوْا نِسَاءَكُمْ أَنْ يُرْضِعْنَ يَمِيناً وَ شِمَالاً فَإِنَّهُنَّ يَنْسَيْنَ".

Hadith.4896 - In the narration of Al-Sakooni, it is reported that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said
"Whoever engages in intercourse with a woman even once and then is separated from her, she has no option (of annulment or separation) thereafter."
4896 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "مَنْ أَتَى اِمْرَأَةً مَرَّةً وَاحِدَةً ثُمَّ أُخِّذَ عَنْهَا فَلاَ خِيَارَ لَهَا".

Hadith.5332 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it is reported that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) ruled that if a man's beard was shaved off and it did not grow back, the full blood money (diyyah) must be paid. However, if the beard grew back, only one-third of the diyyah was required.
5332 - فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ : "أَنَّ عَلِيّاً عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَضَى فِي اَللِّحْيَةِ إِذَا حُلِقَتْ فَلَمْ تَنْبُتْ بِالدِّيَةِ كَامِلَةً فَإِذَا نَبَتَتْ فَثُلُثُ اَلدِّيَةِ".

Hadith.5099 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), that he said: "The hand of a thief is not to be cut off during a year of drought."
5099 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لاَ يُقْطَعُ اَلسَّارِقُ فِي عَامِ سَنَةٍ مُجْدِبَةٍ".

Hadith.4847 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it is reported that Commander of the Faithful (as) said
"If a woman says, 'My husband is to me as the back of my mother,' there is no expiation upon her."
4847 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ اَلْمُؤْمِنِينَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "إِذَا قَالَتِ اَلْمَرْأَةُ زَوْجِي عَلَيَّ كَظَهْرِ أُمِّي فَلاَ كَفَّارَةَ عَلَيْهَا".

Hadith.5045 - In the narration of Al-Sakuni, it was reported to Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) that a man had committed fornication with his father's wife, so Imam (as) ordered him to be stoned, even though he was not married (non-muhṣan).
5045 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ أَنَّهُ
رُفِعَ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "رَجُلٌ وَقَعَ عَلَى اِمْرَأَةِ أَبِيهِ فَرَجَمَهُ وَ كَانَ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ".
