Hadith.3516 - Al-'Abbas ibn 'Amir narrated from Aban, from Muhammad ibn al-Fadl al-Hashimi, who said
"I said to Abu Abdullah (as), 'A man admitted that he is a slave.' Imam (as) said: 'He will be held accountable based on what he said, or he must return the wealth.'"
3516 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنِ اَلْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ اَلْفَضْلِ اَلْهَاشِمِيِّ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ رَجُلٌ أَقَرَّ أَنَّهُ عَبْدٌ قَالَ يَأْخُذُهُ بِمَا قَالَ أَوْ يَرُدَّ اَلْمَالَ.

Hadith.2555 - Durust narrated from Muhammad bin al-Fadl al-Hashimi, who said
"I entered with my brothers upon Abu Abdullah (as) and said to him, 'We intend to perform Hajj, and some of us are performing it for the first time (ṣarūrah).' Imam (as) said: 'You must perform Tamattu', for we do not fear anyone regarding Tamattu' [with Umrah joined to Hajj], and [you must also adhere to] avoiding intoxicants and the wiping over leather socks.'"
2555 - وَ رَوَى دُرُسْتُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ اَلْفَضْلِ اَلْهَاشِمِيِّ قَالَ
دَخَلْتُ مَعَ إِخْوَانِي عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فَقُلْنَا لَهُ إِنَّا نُرِيدُ اَلْحَجَّ وَ بَعْضُنَا صَرُورَةٌ فَقَالَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ «عَلَيْكُمْ بِالتَّمَتُّعِ فَإِنَّا لاَ نَتَّقِي أَحَداً فِي اَلتَّمَتُّعِ «بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى اَلْحَجِّ» وَ اِجْتِنَابِ اَلْمُسْكِرِ وَ اَلْمَسْحِ عَلَى اَلْخُفَّيْنِ».

14. Ahmad ibn Muhammad from has narrated from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Durust from Muhammad ibn al- Fadl al-Hashimiy who has said the following
“Once my brothers and I went to see abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), and we wanted to perform al- Hajj. Certain ones among us were for their first al-Hajj. He (the Imam) said, ‘You must perform al- Hajj al-Tamattu‘ (advantageous); I because of taqiyyah, fear from Sultan; do not give up al-Hajj al- Tamattu‘ (advantageous), do not ignore staying away from intoxicating liquor and do not wipe over the shoes.’”
14ـ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنْ دُرُسْتَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْهَاشِمِيِّ قَالَ
دَخَلْتُ مَعَ إِخْوَتِي عَلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) فَقُلْنَا إِنَّا نُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ وَبَعْضُنَا صَرُورَةٌ فَقَالَ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالتَّمَتُّعِ فَإِنَّا لا نَتَّقِي فِي التَّمَتُّعِ بِالْعُمْرَةِ إِلَى الْحَجِّ سُلْطَاناً وَاجْتِنَابِ الْمُسْكِرِ وَالْمَسْحِ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ.

Hadith.1471 - Muhammad ibn al-Fadl al-Hashimi narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) who said
"There are two (units of prayer) from the Sunnah that are not performed in any place except in Medina, and they are prayed in the Mosque of the Messenger of Allah (sw) on the two Eids before going out to the prayer ground. This is unique to Medina because the Messenger of Allah (sw) performed it”.
1471 - وَ رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ اَلْفَضْلِ اَلْهَاشِمِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«رَكْعَتَانِ مِنَ اَلسُّنَّةِ لَيْسَ تُصَلَّيَانِ فِي مَوْضِعٍ إِلاَّ بِالْمَدِينَةِ وَ تُصَلَّى فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فِي اَلْعِيدَيْنِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُخْرَجَ إِلَى اَلْمُصَلَّى لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ بِالْمَدِينَةِ لِأَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَعَلَهُ.

11. Muhammad ibn al-Flassan ibn Ali ibn ‘Abd Allah has narrated from al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Amir from Aban from Muhammad ibn al-Fadl al- Flashimiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘There are two Rak‘at Salah (prayer) which are of Sunnah but they are not performed anywhere else except in a certain place of al-Madinah.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘It is performed in Masjid of the Messenger of Allah on ‘Id before going out to the place for Salah (prayer). It is not done anywhere else except al-Madinah; the Messenger of Allah did so.’”
11ـ مُحَمَّدٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفَضْلِ الْهَاشِمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
رَكْعَتَانِ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ لَيْسَ تُصَلَّيَانِ فِي مَوْضِعٍ إِلاَّ بِالْمَدِينَةِ قَالَ يُصَلِّي فِي مَسْجِدِ رَسُولِ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) فِي الْعِيدِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى لَيْسَ ذَلِكَ إِلاَّ بِالْمَدِينَةِ لأَنَّ رَسُولَ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) فَعَلَهُ.
