hadith 539
Hadith.539 - Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) said: "When you enter the graveyards, step over the graves. Whoever is a believer will find comfort from that, and whoever is a hypocrite will feel its pain."
539 - وَقَالَ أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ: «إِذَا دَخَلْتَ اَلْمَقَابِرَ فَطَأِ اَلْقُبُورَ فَمَنْ كَانَ مُؤْمِناً اِسْتَرْوَحَ إِلَى ذَلِكَ وَ مَنْ كَانَ مُنَافِقاً وَجَدَ أَلَمَهُ.

H 156 - It is narrated from Ahmad bin Idris from Muhammad bin Abdul Jabbar from Safwan bin Yahya that he said

H 164 - It is narrated from Harun bin Muslim bin Sadan from Ahmad bin Muhammad Rajaa Turk that he said
Imam Hadi (a.s) said: My son, Hasan is the Imam after me.
164- وعنه عن هارون بن مسلم بن سعدان عن أحمد بن محمد بن رجا صاحب الترك قال
قال أبو الحسن عليه السلام: الحسن ابني القائم من بعدي.

8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from in a marfu‘ manner the following: “Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘
When you slaughter a sheep and remove its skin or a certain part of its skin before it dies, it then is not lawful to use it for food.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى رَفَعَهُ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا ( عليه السلام ) إِذَا ذُبِحَتِ الشَّاةُ وَ سُلِخَتْ أَوْ سُلِخَ شَيْ‏ءٌ مِنْهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَمُوتَ لَمْ يَحِلَّ أَكْلُهَا .

Hadith.2519 - Abu al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) said: "I guarantee for anyone who sets out on a journey while wearing a turban wrapped under their chin three things: they will not encounter theft, drowning, or burning."
2519 - وَ قَالَ أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ : «أَنَا ضَامِنٌ لِمَنْ خَرَجَ يُرِيدُ سَفَراً مُعْتَمّاً تَحْتَ حَنَكِهِ ثَلاَثاً أَلاَّ يُصِيبَهُ اَلسَّرَقُ وَ اَلْغَرَقُ وَ اَلْحَرَقُ ».

hadith 1399
Imam Kazim (a.s) said: “Only one of the wise sayings of the Prophets has remained, that is “Do whatever you like when you do not have any shame.” And this is about the Ummayad clan.”
قال أبو الحسن الأول (عليه السلام): ما بقي من أمثال الأنبياء (عليهم السلام) إلا كلمة، إذا لم تستح فاعمل ما شئت، وقال: أما إنها في بني أمية.

hadith 355
H 166 - Yahya bin Bashr Qambari has narrated that Abul Hasan Imam Hadi (a.s), four months before he passed away, made bequest to his son, Hasan (a.s) and I and a group of Shia witnessed it.
166- وروى يحيى بن بشار القنبري قال
أوصى أبو الحسن عليه السلام إلى ابنه الحسن عليه السلام قبل مضيه بأربعة أشهر،وأشهدني على ذلك وجماعة من الموالي.

Hadith.1025 - It is narrated from Ishaq ibn Ammar who said
"Abul Hasan al-Awwal (as) said to me: 'When you are in doubt, rely on what you are certain of.' I said: 'Is this a principle?' Imam (as) said: 'Yes.'
1025 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ اَلْأَوَّلُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ «إِذَا شَكَكْتَ فَابْنِ عَلَى اَلْيَقِينِ» قَالَ قُلْتُ هَذَا أَصْلٌ قَالَ «نَعَمْ.

1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ali ibn Hassan from Musa ibn Bakr who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan, al-Awwal would eat sugar very often when going to sleep.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍقَالَ
كَانَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الْأَوَّلُ ( عليه السلام ) كَثِيراً مَا يَأْكُلُ السُّكَّرَ عِنْدَ النَّوْمِ .

hadith 1317
11. A number of our people has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali-Hajjal and ‘Amr ibn ‘Uthman from a man of the people of al-Madina from Ali-Mutrifiy who has said the following.
“Abu al-Hassan al-Rida (a.s.) passed away and owed my four thousand dirhams. I said to myself, “My money is lost.” Abu Ja‘far (a.s.) sent me a message to come to him the next day and bring with me a balance and weighing stones.” I went to see hiom and he said, “Abu al-Hassan has passed away. Did he owe you four thousand Dirhams?” I said, “Yes, he did.” He then lifted up his prayer rug on which was sitting and there were Dinars and he give them to me.”
11ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّالِ وَعَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ عَنِ الْمُطَرِّفِيِّ قَالَ
مَضَى أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) وَلِيَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعَةُ آلافِ دِرْهَمٍ فَقُلْتُ فِي نَفْسِي ذَهَبَ مَالِي فَأَرْسَلَ إِلَيَّ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِذَا كَانَ غَداً فَأْتِنِي وَلْيَكُنْ مَعَكَ مِيزَانٌ وَأَوْزَانٌ فَدَخَلْتُ عَلَى ابي جعفر (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فَقَالَ لِي مَضَى أَبُو الْحَسَنِ وَلَكَ عَلَيْهِ أَرْبَعَةُ آلافِ دِرْهَمٍ فَقُلْتُ نَعَمْ فَرَفَعَ الْمُصَلَّى الَّذِي كَانَ تَحْتَهُ فَإِذَا تَحْتَهُ دَنَانِيرُ فَدَفَعَهَا إِلَيَّ.

hadith 78
2 – ʿAlī b. Maymūn, Abū al-Ḥasan, his laqab is Abū al-Akrād, al-Ṣā’igh (the jeweler). Kufan. His ḥadīth are recognized and denied. It is permissible to bring him out as a witness. He narrated from Abū ʿAbdillāh عليه السلام and Abū al-Ḥasan Mūsā . عليه السلام
2 - علي بن ميمون، أبو الحسن، لقبه: أبو الأكراد، الصائغ، كوفي. حديثه يعرف وينكر، ويجوز أن يخرج شاهدا. روى عن أبي عبد الله وأبي الحسن موسى (عليهما السلام).

hadith 132
Hadith.133 - Abu Al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) was asked about a man who, while performing wudu, misses a small area on his face that the water does not reach. Imam (as) said: "It suffices for him to moisten it with water from another part of his body."
133 - وَ سُئِلَ أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَبْقَى مِنْ وَجْهِهِ إِذَا تَوَضَّأَ مَوْضِعٌ لَمْ يُصِبْهُ اَلْمَاءُ فَقَالَ
«يُجْزِيهِ أَنْ يَبُلَّهُ مِنْ بَعْضِ جَسَدِهِ.

8. It is narrated from him (narrator of previous Hadith) from ‘Isma‘il ibn Hammam who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, entered al-Ka‘bah and performed Salat (prayer) in all of its four corners two Rak‘at in each.’”
8ـ وَعَنْهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ هَمَّامٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) دَخَلَ النَّبِيُّ (صلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) الْكَعْبَةَ فَصَلَّى فِي زَوَايَاهَا الأَرْبَعِ صَلَّى فِي كُلِّ زَاوِيَةٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ.

Hadith.3664 - It is narrated from Ali ibn Yaqtin who said: Abu al-Hasan Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as) said to me
'Indeed, Allah (swt), Blessed and Exalted, has allies among the rulers through whom He (swt) repels harm from His (swt) friends.'
3664 - وَ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ يَقْطِينٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ
"إِنَّ لِلَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى مَعَ اَلسُّلْطَانِ أَوْلِيَاءَ يَدْفَعُ بِهِمْ عَنْ أَوْلِيَائِهِ ".

Hadith.4910 - Imam Abu al-Hasan Musa ibn Ja'far (peace be upon them) said: "A man's family are his captives. So, whoever Allah (swt) blesses with a blessing, let him expand (his provision) upon his captives (family). If he does not, that blessing is close to being taken away."
4910 - وَ قَالَ أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ مُوسَى بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ : "عِيَالُ اَلرَّجُلِ أُسَرَاؤُهُ فَمَنْ أَنْعَمَ اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ نِعْمَةً فَلْيُوَسِّعْ عَلَى أُسَرَائِهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَفْعَلْ أَوْشَكَ أَنْ تَزُولَ تِلْكَ اَلنِّعْمَةُ".

Hadith.4589 - Al-Hasan Al-Taflisi asked Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as): "Can a man engage in Mutah (temporary marriage) with a Jewish or Christian woman?" Abu Al-Hasan Al-Ridha (as) replied: "He should engage in Mutah with a free believing woman, as she has greater sanctity than the others."
4589 - وَ سَأَلَ اَلْحَسَنُ اَلتَّفْلِيسِيُّ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : يَتَمَتَّعُ اَلرَّجُلُ مِنَ اَلْيَهُودِيَّةِ وَ اَلنَّصْرَانِيَّةِ قَالَ أَبُو اَلْحَسَنِ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ "يَتَمَتَّعُ مِنَ اَلْحُرَّةِ اَلْمُؤْمِنَةِ وَ هِيَ أَعْظَمُ حُرْمَةً مِنْهَا".

Imam Kazim (a.s) said: “God created the intellect, then He said: “Come forward, and go back.” It came forward and went back. Then God said: “I swear by My Majesty and Honor that I have not created anything better and dearer than you. I will question through you, and I will forgive through you.”
قال أبو الحسن (عليه السلام): إن الله خلق العقل، فقال له: أقبل وأدبر، فأقبل وأدبر، فقال: وعزتي ما خلقت شيئا أحسن منك وأحب إلي منك، بك آخذ وبك أعطي.

hadith 1908
6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Isma’il ibn Marrar from Mubarak al-‘Aqarqufiy who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, has made zakat as means of living for the needy and to increase your properties.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ مُبَارَكٍ الْعَقَرْقُوفِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) إِنَّ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَضَعَ الزَّكَاةَ قُوتاً لِلْفُقَرَاءِ وَتَوْفِيراً لأَمْوَالِكُمْ.

8. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abu Nasr that Abul Hasan (as) said, "
In the case of a virgin, her remaining quiet is her permission, and a woman for her second marriage has her own command and power of decision making."
8- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الْمَرْأَةِ الْبِكْرِ إِذْنُهَا صُمَاتُهَا وَالثَّيِّبِ أَمْرُهَا إِلَيْهَا .
