“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Gambling and plundering are not righteous deeds.’”

“I once asked abu al-Hassan, al-Rida’ (a.s.), about al-Fuqa’ . He (the Imam) said, ‘It is wine exactly.’”

Everything in this book that is narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Imran Al-Ashari has been transmitted by me from my father and from Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan - may Allah (swt) have mercy on them both - from Muhammad ibn Yahya Al-Attar and Ahmad ibn Idris together, from Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn Imran Al-Ashari.

And whatever is narrated from Muhammad ibn Uthman Al-Amri - may Allah (swt) sanctify his soul - I have narrated it from my father, and from Muhammad ibn Al-Hasan, and from Muhammad ibn Musa ibn Al-Mutawakkil - may Allah (swt) be pleased with them - from Abdullah ibn Jafar Al-Himyari, from Muhammad ibn Uthman Al-Amri - may Allah (swt) sanctify his soul.

“I once asked al-‘Askariy, Alayhi al-Salam, in al-Madinah about the case of a man who has made a will to spend in the way of Allah. He (the Imam) said, ‘In the way of Allah is our Shi ’ah (followers).”’

"He who claims being one of our Shia while adhering to the rope of others has lied."

“A believing person may die by any form of death except lightning that will not hit him when he is speaking of Allah, the Majestic, the Glorious,.”

“The carriers of al-‘Arsh (the Throne), al-‘Arsh and al-‘Ilm (knowledge) are eight. Four of these are from us and the rest are whoever Allah will chose.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Eating broad beans grows bone marrows of the legs, adds in the brain and produces fresh blood.”’

“The perfection of the Hajj pilgrimage depends on visiting the Divine Leader.”

Everything in this book that is narrated from Mansur ibn Hazim has been transmitted by me from Muhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Muhammad ibn Yahya Al-Attar, from Muhammad ibn Ahmad, from Muhammad ibn Abdul Hamid, from Sayf ibn Umayrah, from Mansur ibn Hazim Al-Asadi Al-Kufi.

“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a man if he can give Ghusl (bath) to his dead wife from behind a cloth. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so from behind a cloth.’”

I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)), “What is the reward for those who go to the Ziyārah of one of you (the Imams (a.s.))?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “They are like those who have gone to the Ziyārah of the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.).” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Sāliḥ ibn ‘Uqbah, from Zayd Al-Shaḥḥām, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.).

1. Imam Muhammad Baqir (a.s.) says, “One who recites: Allaahumma s’alli a’laa muh’ammadinw wa aali muh’ammad in his Ruku, his Sajdah and his Qiyam, Allah writes for him a reward like that of Ruku, Sajdah or Qiyam.”

There are five Prophets who are the owners of Shari’a as follows: Noah (MGB), Abraham (MGB), Moses (MGB), Jesus (MGB) and Muhammad (MGB).”

Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: The border of the Mosque of Sahlah reaches Rawḥā. The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan ibn Aḥmad ibn Walīd, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan Al-Saffār, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from ‘Ali ibn Asbāť, from some of our companions, from Imam Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.).

1. It is narrated that Imam Ridha (a.s.) said, “One who benefits from a brother for the sake of Allah, Allah will permit him to benefit from a house in Paradise.”

“One who offers five hundred rakats of Salaat between two Fridays, anything good desired by him would be fulfilled by Allah.”

Everything in this book that is narrated from Abu Basir has been transmitted by me from Muhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from his uncle Muhammad ibn Abi Al-Qasim, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid, from his father, from Muhammad ibn Abi 'Umayr, from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah, from Abu Basir.

Everything in this book that is narrated from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah has been transmitted by me from Muhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Muhammad ibn Yahya Al-Attar, from Muhammad ibn Al-Husayn ibn Abi Al-Khattab, from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Nasr Al-Bazanti, from Ali ibn Abi Hamzah.
