مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْجَعْفَرِيِّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ رَفَعَهُ عَنْهُمْ ( عليهم السلام ) قَالُوا

“A believer is of valuable assistance, of very light expenses, of excellent plans for living and does not allow to be bitten twice from the same opening.”
38ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْمُؤْمِنُ حَسَنُ الْمَعُونَةِ خَفِيفُ الْمَئُونَةِ جَيِّدُ التَّدْبِيرِ لِمَعِيشَتِهِ لا يُلْسَعُ مِنْ جُحْرٍ مَرَّتَيْنِ.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following
“I once asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.), ’How is washing oneself after using the toilet done? 5 He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not clean as long as something is there.’ I then asked, ‘What happens if everything there is washed clean but smell is there?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Smell is not a thing that can be seen.’”
9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ لِلاسْتِنْجَاءِ حَدٌّ قَالَ لاَ يُنَقَّى مَا ثَمَّةَ قُلْتُ فَإِنَّهُ يُنَقَّى مَا ثَمَّةَ وَيَبْقَى الرِّيحُ قَالَ الرِّيحُ لاَ يُنْظَرُ إِلَيْهَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah who has narrated the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ’One who makes a will has the right to cancel or leave it, regardless of his being in good health or in illness.

قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) الْمَمْلُوكُ يَرَى شَعْرَ مَوْلاتِهِ وَسَاقَهَا قَالَ لا بَأْسَ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘Jibril recommend me to brush my teeth so much so that I began to fear for my teeth.’”

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad al- Minqari from Sufyan ibn ‘Uyayna who has said the following
“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘To be hopeful toward Allah means not to have hope in anyone except Allah and not to be afraid of anything but one’s sins.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْمِنْقَرِيِّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ بْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ حُسْنُ الظَّنِّ بِالله أَنْ لا تَرْجُوَ إِلا الله وَلا تَخَافَ إِلا ذَنْبَكَ.

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated in a marfu‘ manner has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one uses perfume in the beginning of the day, his power of reason continues to work until the night.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘Performing one Salat (prayer) with perfume is better than seventy Salat (prayer) without perfume.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
مَنْ تَطَيَّبَ أَوَّلَ النَّهَارِ لَمْ يَزَلْ عَقْلُهُ مَعَهُ إِلَى اللَّيْلِوَ قَالَ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) صَلَاةُ مُتَطَيِّبٍ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ سَبْعِينَ صَلَاةً بِغَيْرِ طِيبٍ .

1. Ali has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Sayf ibn ‘ Amira from Sa‘d ibn Tarif who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘One who prepares the grave for a believing person is like one who provides him a desirable dwelling up to the Day of Judgment.”’
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سَيْفِ بْنِ عَمِيرَةَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ حَفَرَ لِمَيِّتٍ قَبْراً كَانَ كَمَنْ بَوَّأَهُ بَيْتاً مُوَافِقاً إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ.

“Abu la’ far (a.s.), has said, ‘When a believing person is placed in the grave, it is announced then: “Paradise is the first gift for you and forgiveness for those who have escorted you.’””

إِذَا أُدْخِلَ الْمُؤْمِنُ قَبْرَهُ نُودِيَ أَلاَ إِنَّ أَوَّلَ حِبَائِكَ الْجَنَّةُ وَحِبَاءَ مَنْ تَبِعَكَ الْمَغْفِرَةُ.

شِيعَتُنَا أَهْلُ الْهُدَى وَأَهْلُ التُّقَى وَأَهْلُ الْخَيْرِ وَأَهْلُ الإيمَانِ وَأَهْلُ الْفَتْحِ وَالظَّفَرِ.

مَنْ تَرَكَ التَّزْوِيجَ مَخَافَةَ الْعَيْلَةِ فَقَدْ أَسَاءَ بِاللهِ الظَّنَّ.

“I heard Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) saying, ‘Any believer who walks with his brother (in belief) to help, but is not sincere enough has breached his trust with Allah and the Messenger of Allah.’”

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا مُؤْمِنٍ مَشَى مَعَ أَخِيهِ الْمُؤْمِنِ فِي حَاجَةٍ فَلَمْ يُنَاصِحْهُ فَقَدْ خَانَ الله وَرَسُولَهُ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from Ali ibn Yaqtin who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ibrahim (a.s.), about performing Salat (prayer) in reduced form in Makkah. He (the Imam) said, ‘You should perform in complete form; but it is not obligatory, except that I like for you what I like for myself.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِينٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ التَّقْصِيرِ بِمَكَّةَ فَقَالَ أَتِمَّ وَلَيْسَ بِوَاجِبٍ إِلاَّ أَنِّي أُحِبُّ لَكَ مَا أُحِبُّ لِنَفْسِي.
