5. Ali ibn Muhammad in a marfu‘ manner has narrated the following: “About a man who performs Salah (prayer) wearing a pant (pajama) with no other clothes, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘
He is to secure it with a drawstring to his shoulder.’”
5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ رَفَعَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ يُصَلِّي فِي سَرَاوِيلَ لَيْسَ مَعَهُ غَيْرُهُ قَالَ يَجْعَلُ التِّكَّةَ عَلَى عَاتِقِهِ.

6.Ḥammād ibn ʿĪsā narrated from Ribʿī who said
“Abū ʿAbdillāh (a) said to Yaḥyā al-Saqqāʾ, ‘O Yaḥyā, verily good character is a means of ease, and verily bad character causes difficulty.’”

قال: أبو عبد الله عليه السلام ليحيى السقاء: يا محيى ان الخلق الحسن يسر وان الخلق السئ نكد.

مَلَكَانِ يُفَرِّجَانِ لِلنَّاسِ لَيْلَةَ مُزْدَلِفَةَ عِنْدَ الْمَأْزِمَيْنِ الضَّيِّقَيْنِ.

"No person refrains from performing Hajj except due to a sin, and what Allah (swt), the Exalted, forgives is greater."
2862 - رَوَى أَبُو بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ قَالَ
"مَا تَخَلَّفَ رَجُلٌ عَنِ الْحَجِّ إِلَّا بِذَنْبٍ، وَمَا يَعْفُو اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَكْثَرُ".

“Any Muslim who, on his meeting another Muslim, sends joy to his heart, Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, sends joy to his (initiator of joy) heart.”
15ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ عَنِ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ لَقِيَ مُسْلِماً فَسَرَّهُ سَرَّهُ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ إِنَّمَا شِيعَتُنَا الْخُرْسُ.

5855 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ عَنْ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ : "أَشْرَافُ أُمَّتِي حَمَلَةُ اَلْقُرْآنِ وَ أَصْحَابُ اَللَّيْلِ".

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the turban for a deceased. He (the Imam) said, ‘Wrap it around his head.’”
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي الْعِمَامَةِ لِلْمَيِّتِ فَقَالَ
حَنِّكْهُ.

لِكُلِّ شَيْ‏ءٍ حُرْمَةٌ وَ حُرْمَةُ الْبَهَائِمِ فِي وُجُوهِهَا .

Imam Sadiq (a.s) said: “Enjoining the right and forbidding the wrong will only affect a believer or an ignorant person who learns from these acts, but it will not affect a person who is armed to the teeth.”

إنما يؤمر بالمعروف وينهى عن المنكر مؤمن فيتعظ أو جاهل فيتعلم، فأما صاحب سوط أو سيف فلا.

Imam Sadiq (a.s) said: “Whoever decides to do something that is good should continue doing it for one year, then decide whether to continue it or stop doing it.”
