Hadith 1371
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ’Milk products from cows are medicine.”’
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) أَلْبَانُ الْبَقَرِ دَوَاءٌ .

Hadith 1372
2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid, from Yahya ibn Ibrahim ibn abu al-Balad, from his father from his grandfather who has said the following
“I once complained before abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about stomach trouble and he (the Imam) said, ‘What prevents you from drinking cow milk, have you ever drank it before?’ I replied, ‘Yes, many times.’ He (the Imam) asked, ‘How did you find it?’ I replied, ‘It tans the stomach, covers the kidneys with fat and increases one’s appetite for food.’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘Had it been the right time, you and I could have gone to Yanba’ so we could drink milk.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي الْبِلَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ
شَكَوْتُ إِلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) ذِرْباً وَجَدْتُهُ فَقَالَ لِي مَا يَمْنَعُكَ مِنْ شُرْبِ أَلْبَانِ الْبَقَرِ فَقَالَ لِي أَ شَرِبْتَهَا قَطُّ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ نَعَمْ مِرَاراً فَقَالَ كَيْفَ وَجَدْتَهَا فَقُلْتُ وَجَدْتُهَا تَدْبُغُ الْمَعِدَةَ وَ تَكْسُو الْكُلْيَتَيْنِ الشَّحْمَ وَ تُشَهِّي الطَّعَامَ فَقَالَ لِي لَوْ كَانَتْ أَيَّامُهُ لَخَرَجْتُ أَنَا وَ أَنْتَ إِلَى يَنْبُعَ حَتَّى نَشْرَبَهُ .

Hadith 1373
3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Aban ‘Uthman from Zurarah who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘You must drink cow milk; it mixes with every tree.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ( عليهما السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) عَلَيْكُمْ بِأَلْبَانِ الْبَقَرِ فَإِنَّهَا تُخْلَطُ مَعَ كُلِّ الشَّجَرِ .
