Hadith.2644 - Imran al-Halabi narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"A Muhrim may tie a cloth around his waist or secure it around the position of the loincloth (izar), but he should not raise it to his chest."
2644 - وَ رَوَى عِمْرَانُ اَلْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«اَلْمُحْرِمُ يَشُدُّ عَلَى بَطْنِهِ اَلْعِمَامَةَ وَ إِنْ شَاءَ يُعَصِّبُهَا عَلَى مَوْضِعِ اَلْإِزَارِ وَ لاَ يَرْفَعُهَا إِلَى صَدْرِهِ ».

Hadith.2650 - It was narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar, who said
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a Muhrim using a miswak (tooth-stick). Imam (as) said: "Yes." I asked: "What if it causes bleeding while using it?" Imam (as) said: "Yes, it is part of the Sunnah."
2650 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي اَلْمُحْرِمِ يَسْتَاكُ قَالَ «نَعَمْ» قَالَ قُلْتُ فَإِنْ أَدْمَى يَسْتَاكُ قَالَ «نَعَمْ هُوَ مِنَ اَلسُّنَّةِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘When a noble and honorable person of a people comes to you, you must treat him with honor.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) إِذَا أَتَاكُمْ كَرِيمُ قَوْمٍ فَأَكْرِمُوهُ.

18ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا تُمَازِحْ فَيُجْتَرَأَ عَلَيْكَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz from Zurara from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.) has said, ‘No obedience and worship in the sight of Allah is better than to be a chaste person in matters of (one’s) stomach and genital organs.”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَا عُبِدَ الله بِشَيْ‏ءٍ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ عِفَّةِ بَطْنٍ وَفَرْجٍ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that it is undesirable for a man to enter the grave of his sons.”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
يُكْرَهُ لِلرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَنْزِلَ فِي قَبْرِ وَلَدِهِ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The waiting period of a widow ends with the end of the longer of the two time periods.’”

2. Ahmad ibn al-Hajjal has narrated from Ghalib ibn ‘Uthman from “Uqbah ibn Khalid who has said the following
“I once went to see abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), and he (the Imam) came to me saying, ‘O ‘Uqbah, the women held us back from meeting you.”’
2- أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ غَالِبِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ قَالَ
أَتَيْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فَخَرَجَ إِلَيَّ ثُمَّ قَالَ يَا عُقْبَةُ شَغَلَتْنَا عَنْكَ هَؤُلاءِ النِّسَاءُ.

Hadith.5169 - Al-Qasim ibn Muhammad Al-Jawhari narrated from Kulayb Al-Asadi, who said
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who is killed during a sacred month - what is his blood money (diyyah)? Imam (as) said: "It is full blood money plus one-third."
5169 - وَ رَوَى اَلْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلْجَوْهَرِيُّ عَنْ كُلَيْبٍ اَلْأَسَدِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يُقْتَلُ فِي شَهْرٍ حَرَامٍ مَا دِيَتُهُ فَقَالَ "دِيَةٌ وَ ثُلُثٌ".

Hadith.2888 - Misma' ibn Abdul-Malik narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"If a servant performs ten Hajj pilgrimages, the Hajj of Islam is still obligatory upon them when they become capable of fulfilling it."
2888 - وَ رَوَى مِسْمَعُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اَلْمَلِكِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«لَوْ أَنَّ عَبْداً حَجَّ عَشْرَ حِجَجٍ كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ حَجَّةُ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ إِذَا اِسْتَطَاعَ إِلَى ذَلِكَ سَبِيلاً ».

Hadith.2998 - Ali ibn Abi Hamzah narrated from Abu Basir, who said
"I said to Abu Abdullah (as), 'I went to perform the stoning (Rami), and I found six pebbles in my hand.' He said, 'Take one from beneath your feet.'"
2998 - رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ ذَهَبْتُ أَرْمِي فَإِذَا فِي يَدِي سِتُّ حَصَيَاتٍ فَقَالَ «خُذْ وَاحِدَةً مِنْ تَحْتِ رِجْلَيْكَ ».

Hadith.3100 - Zurara narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that
he said: "If someone cannot afford the price of a sacrificial animal and wishes to fast the three days during the last ten days (of Dhul-Hijjah), there is no harm in that."
3100 - وَ قَدْ رَوَى زُرَارَةُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ : «مَنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ ثَمَنَ اَلْهَدْيِ فَأَحَبَّ أَنْ يَصُومَ اَلثَّلاَثَةَ اَلْأَيَّامِ فِي اَلْعَشْرِ اَلْأَوَاخِرِ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ ».

hadith 1542
Hadith.3106 - Muawiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding the Mahsur (prevented) who did not bring a sacrificial animal. Imam (as) said
"He performs his rites and returns." It was asked: "What if he cannot find a sacrificial animal?" Imam (as) said: "He should fast."
3106 - وَ رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اَلْمَحْصُورِ وَ لَمْ يَسُقِ اَلْهَدْيَ قَالَ
«يَنْسُكُ وَ يَرْجِعُ» قِيلَ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ هَدْياً قَالَ «يَصُومُ ».

19. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from al-Hassan from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“About the case of a woman who accuses her husband who is speechless, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘They are separated from each other and he is not lawful for her forever.’”
عَنْهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) فِي امْرَأَةٍ قَذَفَتْ زَوْجَهَا وَ هُوَ أَصَمُّ قَالَ
يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهَا وَ بَيْنَهُ وَ لَا تَحِلُّ لَهُ أَبَداً .

Hadith.774 - Ammar al-Sabati narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding a man who prays while wearing an iron ring. Imam (as) said
"No, and he should not wear it, for it is the attire of the people of the Fire."
774 - وَ رَوَى عَمَّارٌ اَلسَّابَاطِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: فِي اَلرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي وَ عَلَيْهِ خَاتَمُ حَدِيدٍ قَالَ
«لاَ وَ لاَ يَتَخَتَّمُ بِهِ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ لِبَاسِ أَهْلِ اَلنَّارِ.

Hadith.1199 - Al-Halabi narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that
He said: "If you miss a part of the prayer with the Imam, consider what you perform upon joining as the beginning of your prayer, and do not consider the beginning of your prayer as its end”.
1199 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَلَبِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «إِذَا فَاتَكَ شَيْءٌ مَعَ اَلْإِمَامِ فَاجْعَلْ أَوَّلَ صَلاَتِكَ مَا اِسْتَقْبَلْتَ مِنْهَا وَ لاَ تَجْعَلْ أَوَّلَ صَلاَتِكَ آخِرَهَا.

2. Hammad ibn ‘Isa has narrated from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man whose body is polluted because of a dog. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must wash clean the area which has come in contact with a dog.’”
2ـ حَمَّادُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْكَلْبِ يُصِيبُ شَيْئاً مِنْ جَسَدِ الرَّجُلِ قَالَ يَغْسِلُ الْمَكَانَ الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ.

“Once, a person asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘Why does a dying person discharge (semen)?’ He said, ‘It is the seed from which he is created that he throws out.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
سُئِلَ مَا بَالُ الْمَيِّتِ يُمْنِي قَالَ النُّطْفَةُ الَّتِي خُلِقَ مِنْهَا يَرْمِي بِهَا.

قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) اللِّوَاطُ مَا دُونَ الدُّبُرِ وَالدُّبُرُ هُوَ الْكُفْرُ.

4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
خَلَقَ الله الْمَشِيئَةَ بِنَفْسِهَا ثُمَّ خَلَقَ الاشْيَاءَ بِالْمَشِيئَةِ.
