hadith 752
Hadith.752 - Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Halabi asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about a man who has only one garment, and it has urine on it, but he is unable to wash it. Imam (as) said: "He should pray in it."
752 - وَ سَأَلَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ اَلْحَلَبِيُّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ اَلثَّوْبُ اَلْوَاحِدُ فِيهِ بَوْلٌ لاَ يَقْدِرُ عَلَى غَسْلِهِ قَالَ
«يُصَلِّي فِيهِ.

Hadith.1418 - Mu'awiya bin Ammar asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) bout the position of Qunoot (supplication) in the Witr prayer. Imam (as) said: "It is done before the bowing (ruku‘)." Mu'awiya then asked: "What if I forget it?" Abu Abdullah (as) replied: "No (do not perform it after lifting your head from bowing)."
1418 - وَ سَأَلَ مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنِ اَلْقُنُوتِ فِي اَلْوَتْرِ قَالَ
«قَبْلَ اَلرُّكُوعِ» قَالَ فَإِنْ نَسِيتُ أَقْنُتُ إِذَا رَفَعْتُ رَأْسِي فَقَالَ «لاَ.

Hadith.4526 - Ishaq ibn Ammar asked Abu Abdillah (as) about the right of a woman over her husband. Imam (as) said: "He should satisfy her hunger, clothe her body, and if she acts ignorantly, he should forgive her."
4526 - وَ سَأَلَ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنْ حَقِّ اَلْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا قَالَ
"يُشْبِعُ بَطْنَهَا وَ يَكْسُو جُثَّتَهَا وَ إِنْ جَهِلَتْ غَفَرَ لَهَا".

Hadith.2612 - Hammad ibn Uthman asked Abu Abdullah (as) about the khaluq of the Ka'bah and the khaluq of the grave that might be present on the Ihram garment. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in them; both are pure."
2612 - وَ سَأَلَ حَمَّادُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنْ خَلُوقِ اَلْكَعْبَةِ وَ خَلُوقِ اَلْقَبْرِ يَكُونُ فِي ثَوْبِ اَلْإِحْرَامِ فَقَالَ
«لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِمَا هُمَا طَهُورَانِ.

Hadith.840 - Ammar al-Sabati narrate from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that He said: "The area between the hairline and the tip of the nose is considered a place of prostration (masjid), so whatever part of it touches the ground suffices."
840 - وَ رَوَى عَمَّارٌ اَلسَّابَاطِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «مَا بَيْنَ قُصَاصِ اَلشَّعْرِ إِلَى طَرَفِ اَلْأَنْفِ مَسْجِدٌ فَمَا أَصَابَ اَلْأَرْضَ مِنْهُ فَقَدْ أَجْزَأَكَ.

2. With this chain of narration, Abu Abdullah (a.s.) said, ‘Verily, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil is incumbent upon a believer so he admonishes, or upon an ingorant so he learns from it; but as for the wielder of a whip or a sword, then no.’
2- وَبِهَذَا الإسْنَادِ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِنَّمَا يُؤْمَرُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَيُنْهَى عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ مُؤْمِنٌ فَيَتَّعِظُ أَوْ جَاهِلٌ فَيَتَعَلَّمُ وَأَمَّا صَاحِبُ سَوْطٍ أَوْ سَيْفٍ فَلا.

In Al-Mahasin it is narrated that Imam Sadiq (a.s) said
“Any form of hypocrisy is polytheism. Whoever works for the people should demand his reward from the people, and whoever works for God, his reward is given by God.”
من كتاب المحاسن: قال أبو عبد الله (عليه السلام): كل رياء شرك، إنه من عمل للناس كان ثوابه على الناس، ومن عمل لله كان ثوابه على الله.

Hadith.155 - Muhammad Al-Halabi asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about a man who becomes junub (ritually impure due to seminal discharge) while wearing a garment and has no other garment to wear. Imam (as) said: 'He should pray in it, and when he finds water, he should wash it.'.
155 - وَ سَأَلَ مُحَمَّدٌ اَلْحَلَبِيُّ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَجْنَبَ فِي ثَوْبِهِ وَ لَيْسَ مَعَهُ ثَوْبٌ غَيْرُهُ قَالَ «يُصَلِّي فِيهِ فَإِذَا وَجَدَ اَلْمَاءَ غَسَلَهُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Having good moral behavior and serving food is part of belief.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) مِنَ الإِيمَانِ حُسْنُ الْخُلُقِ وَإِطْعَامُ الطَّعَامِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who chews chewing gum when fasting. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he cannot do so.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
قُلْتُ الصَّائِمُ يَمْضَغُ الْعِلْكَ قَالَ لا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful if a person after sexual intercourse and before Ghusl (bath) slaughters an animal.”’
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ الرَّجُلُ وَ هُوَ جُنُبٌ .

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Accept an invitation for a wedding and circumcision; but do not accept for Khafd (lowering) girls.’”

أَجِبْ فِي الْوَلِيمَةِ وَ الْخِتَانِ وَ لَا تُجِبْ فِي خَفْضِ الْجَوَارِي .

’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘Eating many kinds of foods at the same time enlarges the belly and numbs the buttocks.’”

hadith 410
410. From him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Khalid with an unbroken chain going up to Abu Abdullah (asws), who has narrated the following
Abu Abdullah (asws) having said: ‘The fever goes out (is cured) in three (ways) – The sweating, and the excretion and the vomiting’.
عَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (عليه السلام) قَالَ
الْحُمَّى تَخْرُجُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ فِي الْعَرَقِ وَ الْبَطَنِ وَ الْقَيْ‏ءِ.

لاَ أَرَى بِالصُّفُوفِ بَيْنَ الأسَاطِينِ بَأْساً.

لاَ بَأْسَ بِرَوْثِ الْحَمِيرِ وَاغْسِلْ أَبْوَالَهَا.

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ .عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
كَانَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) تُعْجِبُهُ الزَّبِيبِيَّةُ .

3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from Tha’labah and others from a man who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Keeping one’s wealth in a proper shape is part of belief.’”
3- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِصْلاحُ الْمَالِ مِنَ الإيمَانِ.
