Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following ’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘Eating many kinds of foods at the same time enlarges the belly and numbs the buttocks.’” عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) الْأَلْوَانُ يُعَظِّمْنَ الْبَطْنَ وَ يُخَدِّرْنَ الْأَلْيَتَيْنِ . Hadith 1251 ۞ 8.
