Hadith.3373 - In the narration of Talhah ibn Zayd from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said
"Preemption (shufah) is not inherited."
3373 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : "اَلشُّفْعَةُ لاَ تُورَثُ".

3371 - وَ- فِي رِوَايَةِ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ الشُّفْعَةُ عَلَى عَدَدِ الرِّجَالِ.

Hadith.3367 - Talhah ibn Zayd narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), peace be upon them
"Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) ruled in favor of preemption (shufah) as long as the property had not been inherited, meaning divided."
3367 - رَوَى طَلْحَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ اَلصَّادِقِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ
"أَنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ قَضَى بِالشُّفْعَةِ مَا لَمْ تُوَرَّفْ يَعْنِي تُقْسَمْ ".

hadith 283
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Ibrahim ibn Mihzam from Talhah ibn Yazid who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah has said, ’It is not lawful to buy a debt with debt (on credit).”’
1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ مِهْزَمٍ عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لا يُبَاعُ الدَّيْنُ بِالدَّيْنِ‏.

hadith 511
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Talhah ibn Zayd who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘The market-place of Muslims is like their Masjid. Whoever comes first to a place in it is more rightful than others to benefit thereof.’ He did not charge any rent for the use of houses of the market-place.’”
1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) سُوقُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ كَمَسْجِدِهِمْ فَمَنْ سَبَقَ إِلَى مَكَانٍ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ إِلَى اللَّيْلِ وَكَانَ لا يَأْخُذُ عَلَى بُيُوتِ السُّوقِ الْكِرَاءَ.

23. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Talhah ibn Zayd who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘If one does business without knowledge, he plunges in Riba ’ again and again.’ Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), would also say, ‘One who does not understand buying and selling must not sit in the market place for doing business.’”
23- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ صَلَوَاتُ اللهِ عَلَيْهِ مَنِ اتَّجَرَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ارْتَطَمَ فِي الرِّبَا ثُمَّ ارْتَطَمَ قَالَ وَكَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ لا يَقْعُدَنَّ فِي السُّوقِ إِلا مَنْ يَعْقِلُ الشِّرَاءَ وَالْبَيْعَ.
