5. Al-Husayn from Muhammad and Muhammad ibn Yahya all from Ahmad ibn Ishaq from Sa‘dan from more than one person in a marfu‘ manner has said the following
“’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘If people of al-Kufah drop water of Euphrates in the mouth of their new born, they would become of our followers.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى جَمِيعاً عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعْدَانَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ رَفَعُوهُ إِلَى أَمِيرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
أَمَا إِنَّ أَهْلَ الْكُوفَةِ لَوْ حَنَّكُوا أَوْلَادَهُمْ بِمَاءِ الْفُرَاتِ لَكَانُوا شِيعَةً لَنَا .

1. Al-Husayn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has narrated the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying that in the case of a loan ’ Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali, Alayhi al-Salam, would accept the testimony of one person with the oath of the plaintiff.”’
1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يُجِيزُ فِي الدَّيْنِ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلٍ وَيَمِينَ الْمُدَّعِي.

7. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Ahmad ibn Ishaq from Sa‘dan ibn Muslim from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurarah from his father who has said the following
“I once mentioned al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), and asked if it is one of four (wives). He (the Imam) said, ’You may marry a thousand of them; they are on hire. 5 ”
7- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ سَعْدَانَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
ذَكَرْتُ لَهُ الْمُتْعَةَ أَهِيَ مِنَ الأرْبَعِ فَقَالَ تَزَوَّجْ مِنْهُنَّ أَلْفاً فَإِنَّهُنَّ مُسْتَأْجَرَاتٌ.

2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from Sa‘id al- Bayya’ al-Sabiriy who has said the following
“I asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘Can a person weep during Salah (prayer)?’ The Imam replied, ‘It is a matter of great congratulations even if it (tears) is of the size of the head of a fly.’”
2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ بَيَّاعِ السَّابِرِيِّ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) أَ يَتَبَاكَى الرَّجُلُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ بَخْ بَخْ وَلَوْ مِثْلَ رَأْسِ الذُّبَابِ.

2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from al-Husayn ibn Ziyad from Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.) who said
“It is not harmful for a male or female cook to taste the broth while they are fasting.”
2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ لِلطَّبَّاخِ وَالطَّبَّاخَةِ أَنْ يَذُوقَ الْمَرَقَ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ.

11. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad and a number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad all from al-Hassan ibn Ali who narrated that
Abil Hasan (a.s.) who has said the following: “One could recognize the [place of Sujud (prostrations)] of abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), because of its perfumes.’”

كَانَ يُعْرَفُ مَوْضِعُ سُجُودِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) بِطِيبِ رِيحِهِ .

13. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from from Mu‘alla ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from ‘Abdallah ibn Sinan who has said the following.
“I asked abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most gracious. “Among Our creatures are a group who guide and judge with the Truth.” (7:181). The Imam (a.s.) said, “Such people are the Imams (a.s.).”
13ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنا أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِالْحَقِّ وَبِهِ يَعْدِلُونَ قَالَ هُمُ الائِمَّةُ.

20. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Jumhur from Ahmad ibn Hamza from al-Husayn ibn al-Mukhtar from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.) has said, ‘Meet them (unfriendly people) outwardly and oppose them inwardly when the rulers are childish.’”
20ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُمْهُورٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَمْزَةَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْمُخْتَارِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) خَالِطُوهُمْ بِالْبَرَّانِيَّةِ وَخَالِفُوهُمْ بِالْجَوَّانِيَّةِ إِذَا كَانَتِ الإمْرَةُ صِبْيَانِيَّةً.

1. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Abdallah from Ayyub ibn Nuh who has said the following.
“I was in the presence of The Imam (a.s.) and he sneezed. I then asked him, “May Allah take my soul in service for your cause, what should one say when the Imam sneezes?” The Imam (a.s.) said, “One should say, ‘May Allah (grant) blessings (up on) you.’”
1ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ نُوحٍ قَالَ
عَطَسَ يَوْماً وَأَنَا عِنْدَهُ فَقُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ مَا يُقَالُ لِلامَامِ إِذَا عَطَسَ قَالَ يَقُولُونَ صَلَّى الله عَلَيْكَ.

10. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla ibn Muhammad from al-Sayyariy from Ali ibn ‘Abdallah who has said the following
“A man asked the Imam (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most High.. “,. . those who follow it (My guidance) will not go astray nor will they endure any misery.” (20:123) The Imam (a.s.) said, “It refers to those who acknowledge the Imams (Leaders with Divine Authority) follow their commands and would not go beyond their obedience.”
10ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ السَّيَّارِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله قَالَ
سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنْ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى فَمَنِ اتَّبَعَ هُدايَ فَلا يَضِلُّ وَلا يَشْقى‏ قَالَ مَنْ قَالَ بِالائِمَّةِ وَاتَّبَعَ أَمْرَهُمْ وَلَمْ يَجُزْ طَاعَتَهُمْ.

5. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn ‘Amir from Ali ibn Mahziyar from Fadalah ibn Ayyub from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from abu Basir from who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one increases something in his Salah (prayer) he performs it again.’”
5ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مَهْزِيَارَ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) مَنْ زَادَ فِي صَلاَتِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ الإِعَادَةُ.

2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad, from al-Hassan ibn Ali, from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not harmful to perform al-‘Umrah al-Mufradah in the months of al-Hajj and thereafter to return to one’s family, if one so desires.’”
2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ بِالْعُمْرَةِ الْمُفْرَدَةِ فِي أَشْهُرِ الْحَجِّ ثُمَّ يَرْجِعُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ.

عن أبي؛ و محمّد بن الحسن؛ و جعفر بن محمّد بن مسرور- رضي اللّه عنهم- عن الحسين بن محمّد بن عامر، عن المعلّى ابن محمّد البصريّ‌.
و ما كان فيه عن المعلّى بن محمّد البصريّ فقد رويته

3. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about the case of a woman who has a husband and it is her first al-Hajj but he does not give her permission to go for al-Hajj. He (the Imam) said, ‘She can perform al-Hajj even though he does not give permission.”
3ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ لَهَا زَوْجٌ وَهِيَ صَرُورَةٌ لا يَأْذَنُ لَهَا فِي الْحَجِّ قَالَ تَحُجُّ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَهَا.

2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Muthanna’ al-Hannat who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘You must wear white; it is fine and pure; and shroud your dead people with it.’”

1. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-ffassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ who has said the following
“I once heard al-Rida’ (a.s.), saying, ‘It is of the Sunnah to become married during the night because Allah has made the night for rest and comfort and women are (to provide) ease and comfort.”’
1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ فِي التَّزْوِيجِ قَالَ مِنَ السُّنَّةِ التَّزْوِيجُ بِاللَّيْلِ لأنَّ اللهَ جَعَلَ اللَّيْلَ سَكَناً وَالنِّسَاءُ إِنَّمَا هُنَّ سَكَنٌ.

4. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about the waiting period of a woman in al-Khul‘. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is like the waiting period of a divorced woman and she must complete her waiting period in her home and a woman in al-Mubarat (disavowing) is the same as the one in al-Khul‘.’”

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ عِدَّةِ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ كَمْ هِيَ قَالَ عِدَّةُ الْمُطَلَّقَةِ وَ لْتَعْتَدَّ فِي بَيْتِهَا وَ الْمُبَارِئَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الْمُخْتَلِعَةِ .

4. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from certain persons of his people from Ibrahim ibn ‘Uqbah in a marfu manner has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ’Wiping one’s hands with a towel after wudu (washing) removes troubles and increases sustenance.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ بَعْضِ رِجَالِهِ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ يَرْفَعُهُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
مَسْحُ الْوَجْهِ بَعْدَ الْوُضُوءِ يَذْهَبُ بِالْكَلَفِ وَ يَزِيدُ فِي الرِّزْقِ .

11. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Ali (a.s.), once took Wudu’. He washed his face and forearms, then wiped on top of his head and over his shoes but he did not push his hand under his shoelaces.’” (Fatwa best explains this Hadith.)
11ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
تَوَضَّأَ عَلِيٌّ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ وَذِرَاعَيْهِ ثُمَّ مَسَحَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ وَعَلَى نَعْلَيْهِ وَلَمْ يُدْخِلْ يَدَهُ تَحْتَ الشِّرَاكِ.

69. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad from Mu‘alla ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Ahmad ibn ‘Umar al-Hallal who has said the following.
“I asked abu al-Hassan (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most High. “. . someone will cry out, “God has condemned the unjust,” (7:44) The Imam (a.s.) said, “The caller will be Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (a.s.).”
69ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عُمَرَ الْحَلالِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى فَأَذَّنَ مُؤَذِّنٌ بَيْنَهُمْ أَنْ لَعْنَةُ الله عَلَى الظَّالِمِينَ قَالَ الْمُؤَذِّنُ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام )
