Hadith 985

3. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban from Zurarah who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about the case of a woman who has a husband and it is her first al-Hajj but he does not give her permission to go for al-Hajj. He (the Imam) said, ‘She can perform al-Hajj even though he does not give permission.”
3ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ لَهَا زَوْجٌ وَهِيَ صَرُورَةٌ لا يَأْذَنُ لَهَا فِي الْحَجِّ قَالَ تَحُجُّ وَإِنْ لَمْ يَأْذَنْ لَهَا.
