hadith 80

13. He said: Abul Hasan ‘Ali ibn Khalid al-Maraghi reported to me from Abul Qasim al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali ibn al-Hasan al-Kufi, who reported from Ja’far ibn Muhammad ibn Marwan, who reported from his father, from Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Hashimi, from Abdul Mu’min who reported that Muhammad ibn ‘Ali al-Baqir, peace be upon him, reported from Jabir ibn Abdillah al-Ansari that

The Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny, said: "On the Day of Reckoning tomorrow, the nearest to me will be those who are most truthful in their speech and the most ardent in paying back the deposits entrusted to them, and the most faithful in fulfilling their promises and the best in their behaviour and the most amiable to the people."

13 - قال: أخبرني أبو الحسن علي بن خالد المراغي قال: حدثنا أبو القاسم الحسن بن علي بن الحسن الكوفي قال: حدثنا جعفر بن محمد بن مروان قال: حدثنا أبي قال: حدثنا محمد بن إسماعيل الهاشمي، عن عبد المؤمن ، عن محمد بن علي بن الباقر عليهما السلام قال: حدثني جابر بن عبد الله الأنصاري قال

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: أقربكم مني في الموقف غدا أصدقكم حديثا، وأداكم أمانة، وأوفاكم بالعهد، وأحسنكم خلقا، وأقربكم إلى الناس .

hadith 44

42. Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Suleyman, from Al-Fazl Bin Ismail Al-Hashimy, from his father who said: ‘I complained to Abu Abdullah (asws) of what I had faced from my family from their taking of their Religion lightly’. So he (asws) said

‘O Ismail, do not abhor that from your family, for Allah (azwj) Blessed and High has Made for every family a proof by which He (azwj) will Argue by against his (faithless) family on the Day of Judgement. So He (azwj) will Say to them: “Did you not see so and so among you? Did you not see his guidance among you? Did you not see his Prayers among you? Did you not see his Religion? Did you not follow it? So he will become a proof against them on the Day of Judgement’.

عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْهَاشِمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

شَكَوْتُ إِلَى أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) مَا أَلْقَى مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِي مِنِ اسْتِخْفَافِهِمْ بِالدِّينِ فَقَالَ يَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ لَا تُنْكِرْ ذَلِكَ مِنْ أَهْلِ بَيْتِكَ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى جَعَلَ لِكُلِّ أَهْلِ بَيْتٍ حُجَّةً يَحْتَجُّ بِهَا عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهِ فِي الْقِيَامَةِ فَيُقَالُ لَهُمْ أَ لَمْ تَرَوْا فُلَاناً فِيكُمْ أَ لَمْ تَرَوْا هَدْيَهُ فِيكُمْ أَ لَمْ تَرَوْا صَلَاتَهُ فِيكُمْ أَ لَمْ تَرَوْا دِينَهُ فَهَلَّا اقْتَدَيْتُمْ بِهِ فَيَكُونُ حُجَّةً عَلَيْهِمْ فِي الْقِيَامَةِ.

hadith 187

5. He said: Abu Bakr Muhammad ibn Umar al-Ji’abi reported to me from Abul Qasim al-Hasan ibn ‘Ali ibn al-Hasan, who reported from Ja’far ibn Muhammad ibn Marwan, from his father, who reported from Muhammad ibn Ismail al-Hashimi, who reported from Abdul Mu’min, who reported from Muhammad ibn ‘Ali ibn al-Husayn, peace be upon him, that Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari narrated: The Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny, said

"The quickest evil consequence is for a man to whom you do a good turn and he pays you back by evil deeds; and a man with whom you have entered into a covenant wishing to fulfil it, while he intends to deceive you; and a person to who you are not insolent, but he persists in his insolence against you; and a person with whom you mend your blood relationship but he cuts you off."

5 - قال: أخبرني أبو بكر محمد بن عمر الجعابي قال: حدثنا أبو القاسم الحسن بن علي بن الحسن قال: حدثنا جعفر بن محمد بن مروان، عن أبيه قال: حدثنا محمد بن إسماعيل الهاشمي قال: حدثنا عبد المؤمن، عن محمد بن علي بن الحسين عليهم السلام، عن جابر بن عبد الله الأنصاري قال

قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم: أسرع الأشياء عقوبة رجل تحسن إليه ويكافيك على إحسانك بإساءة، ورجل عاهدته فمن شأنك الوفاء له ومن شأنه أن يكذبك، ورجل لا تبغي عليه وهو دائما يبغي عليك، ورجل تصل قرابته فيقطعك.
