7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from those who he has mentioned who has said the following
“I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), about a woman who performs Salah (prayer) on the side or parallel with a man. He (the Imam) said, ‘If her Sujud (prostration) is with his Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees), it is not harmful.’” (Ahadith 1-7 of this [chapter=Chapter are best explained by fatwa.)
7ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ رَوَاهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يُصَلِّي وَالْمَرْأَةُ تُصَلِّي بِحِذَاهُ أَوْ إِلَى جَانِبِهِ فَقَالَ
إِذَا كَانَ سُجُودُهَا مَعَ رُكُوعِهِ فَلاَ بَأْسَ.

hadith 14
1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from ‘Abd Allah ibn Yahya al-Kahiliy who has said the following
“I heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘If you find a small quantity of water, then take away some water from the right, left and in front of you, then take a Wudu’”
1ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ يَحْيَى الْكَاهِلِيِّ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) يَقُولُ إِذَا أَتَيْتَ مَاءً وَفِيهِ قِلَّةٌ فَانْضَحْ عَنْ يَمِينِكَ وَعَنْ يَسَارِكَ وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْكَ وَتَوَضَّأْ.

9. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Measurement and determination is on the night of the nineteenth, verification is on the twenty- first night and final approval is on the twenty-third night.’”
9ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) التَّقْدِيرُ فِي لَيْلَةِ تِسْعَ عَشْرَةَ وَالإِبْرَامُ فِي لَيْلَةِ إِحْدَى وَعِشْرِينَ وَالإِمْضَاءُ فِي لَيْلَةِ ثَلاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ.

hadith 904
18. Through the same chain of narrators it is narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from his father, Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ibn Bukayr from Zurara who has said the following.
“ Al-Qa’im (the one who will rise with Divine Authority) will disappear before he will rise with divine power. He will suffer fear. The Imam (a.s.) pointed to his midsection, meaning thereby being murdered.”
18ـ وَبِهَذَا الاسْنَادِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ إِنَّ لِلْقَائِمِ غَيْبَةً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَقُومَ إِنَّهُ يَخَافُ وَأَوْمَأَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى بَطْنِهِ يَعْنِي الْقَتْلَ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-‘ Abbas ibn Musa from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from al- Husayn ibn Zayd who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Marriage becomes lawful with three conditions: marriage with the right for inheritance, without inheritance, and with the right for ownership.’”
2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِلا مِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ.

5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has narrated the following
“About the case of a woman who freed a man and about with whom rests his guardianship and to who belongs his legacy, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Such things rest with the one who has bought his freedom, unless he has other heirs besides her.’”
5- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي امْرَأَةٍ أَعْتَقَتْ رَجُلا لِمَنْ وَلاؤُهُ وَلِمَنْ مِيرَاثُهُ قَالَ
لِلَّذِي أَعْتَقَهُ إِلا أَنْ يَكُونَ لَهُ وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهَا.

4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Rifa‘ah ibn Musa who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who becomes severely ill before entering Makkah. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must not enter Makkah without Ihram.’”
4ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ رِفَاعَةَ بْنِ مُوسَى عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَعْرِضُ لَهُ الْمَرَضُ الشَّدِيدُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ مَكَّةَ قَالَ لا يَدْخُلْهَا إِلاَّ بِإِحْرَامٍ.

10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who assumes the state of Ihram after an obligatory Salat (prayer); if it is sufficient. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is sufficient.’”
10ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) أَ رَأَيْتَ لَوْ أَنَّ رَجُلاً أَحْرَمَ فِي دُبُرِ صَلاةٍ مَكْتُوبَةٍ أَ كَانَ يُجْزِئُهُ ذَلِكَ قَالَ نَعَمْ.
hadith 732
H 463 - It is narrated from Fadhl from Ismail bin Ayyash from Amash from Abu Wael from Huzaifah that he said
I heard the Messenger of Allah (s) say when Imam Mahdi (a.s) was mentioned in his presence: “Indeed his allegiance will be given between Rukn and Maqam. He has three names: Ahmad, Abdullah and Mahdi.”
463- وعنه، عن إسماعيل بن عياش، عن الأعمش، عن أبي وائل، عن حذيفة قال
سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم وذكر المهدي فقال: إنه يبايع بين الركن والمقام، اسمه أحمد و عبد الله والمهدي، فهذه أسماؤه ثلاثتها.

Hadith.5525 - Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa narrated from Sa'd ibn Isma'il from his father, who said
I asked Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as) about the guardian of orphans whose wards have reached maturity. He offers them their rightful wealth, but they refuse to take it. What should he do? Imam (as) said: "He must return their wealth to them and compel them to take it."
5525 - رَوَى أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ وَصِيِّ أَيْتَامٍ يُدْرِكُ أَيْتَامُهُ فَيَعْرِضُ عَلَيْهِمْ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوا اَلَّذِي لَهُمْ فَيَأْبَوْنَ عَلَيْهِ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ قَالَ "يَرُدُّ عَلَيْهِمْ وَ يُكْرِهُهُمْ عَلَيْهِ".

1. Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā narrated from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad, from Ibn Faḍḍāl, from Ibn Bukayr, from Muḥammad ibn Muslim, who said
"I heard Abū Jaʿfar al-Baqir (as) say regarding a man who marries a woman through mutʿah (temporary marriage): They will inherit from each other unless they make a stipulation (to the contrary). Indeed, the stipulation is made after the marriage."

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتْعَةً إِنَّهُمَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ مَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطَا وَإِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ.

Muhammad ibn Yahya and others have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Muhammad Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Muhammad ibn Hakim who said
I asked Abu 'Abdillah (al-Sadiq) (as): "Who is responsible for granting ma'rifa (a profound understanding of religion)?" He said: "It is the doing of Allah, and the servants have no role in it (without the intervention of Allah)."

9. A number of our people has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn Ni‘man from ’Isma‘il ibn Jabir from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following.

كِتَابُ الله فِيهِ نَبَأُ مَا قَبْلَكُمْ وَخَبَرُ مَا بَعْدَكُمْ وَفَصْلُ مَا بَيْنَكُمْ وَنَحْنُ نَعْلَمُهُ.

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa’id from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who becomes thirsty in the month of Ramadan. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful if he sucks his signet.’”

لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَمُصَّ الْخَاتَمَ.

فَضْلُ الْحَمَامَةِ وَالدَّجَاجِ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ وَالطَّيْرِ.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from Safwan ibn Yahya from Mansur ibn Hazim from Bakr ibn Habib who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Water of bathhouses does not have problems if it is water from a large source; like a fountain.’”
2ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ مَنْصُورِ بْنِ حَازِمٍ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ حَبِيبٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
مَاءُ الْحَمَّامِ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَهُ مَادَّةٌ.

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ali ibn al-Husayn ibn ‘Abd Rabbihi who has said the following
“I once asked him (the Imam), ‘Is it permissible to wear a ring with a stone of Emerald?’ He (the Imam) replied, ‘It is not harmful but during washing one’s self after using the toilet, one should remove it.’”
6ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ مَا تَقُولُ فِي الْفَصِّ يُتَّخَذُ مِنْ حِجَارَةِ زُمُرُّدٍ قَالَ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ وَلَكِنْ إِذَا أَرَادَ الاسْتِنْجَاءَ نَزَعَهُ.

10. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following
“I once said to abu Ja’far (a.s.), ‘There are people who say that the inside of ears is (part) of the face and their outside is (part) of the head.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘There is no washing or wiping for them.’”
10ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) أَنَّ أُنَاساً يَقُولُونَ إِنَّ بَطْنَ الأذُنَيْنِ مِنَ الْوَجْهِ وَظَهْرَهُمَا مِنَ الرَّأْسِ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِمَا غَسْلٌ وَلاَ مَسْحٌ.

2. It is a narration from him (narrator of previous Hadith) by Ahmad ibn al-Husayn from Fadalah from al-Husayn ibn abu al-‘Ala’ who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one’s guess settles on his performing three or four Rak‘at, he says the phrase of offering greeting of peace, then performs two Rak‘at and four Sujud (prostrations) with al-Fatihah al-Kitab in a sitting position and says Tashahhud (testimonies of belief).”’
2ـ وَعَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ إِنِ اسْتَوَى وَهْمُهُ فِي الثَّلاَثِ وَالأرْبَعِ سَلَّمَ وَصَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ وَأَرْبَعَ سَجَدَاتٍ بِفَاتِحَةِ الْكِتَابِ وَهُوَ جَالِسٌ يَقْصِدُ فِي التَّشَهُّدِ.
