إسماعيل بن عباد: القصري - من قصر بني هبيرة - من أصحاب الرضا عليه السلام، رجال الشيخ (13)، وذكره البرقي أيضا. وقال الكشي في ترجمة الحسن بن علي بن فضال (378): " وكان الفضل ابن شاذان يقرأ عليه ". وقال في ترجمة علي بن يقطين وإخوته (304): " روى عنه بكر بن صالح الرازي ". روى عن داود الرقي، وروى عنه محمد بن علي. الكافي: الجزء 1، كتاب الحجة 4، باب الإشارة والنص على أبي الحسن الرضا عليه السلام 72، الحديث 3.
