في أبى على عبد الرحمن بن حجاج 829 - حمدويه بن نصير، قال: حدثني محمد بن الحسين، عن عثمان بن عدس، عن حسين بن ناجية، قال: سمعت أبا الحسن عليه السلام وذكر عبد الرحمن بن حجاج، فقال: أنه لثقيل على الفؤاد. 830 - أبو القاسم نصر بن الصباح، قال: عبد الرحمن بن الحجاج شهد له أبو الحسن عليه السلام بالجنة، وكان أبو عبد الله عليه السلام يقول لعبد الرحمن: يا عبد الرحمن كلم أهل المدينة فاني أحب أن يرى في رجال الشيعة مثلك.
