Hadith.3989 - It is narrated from Minhal al-Qassab who said
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about intercepting sheep. Imam (as) said: "Do not intercept, do not buy what has been intercepted, and do not eat the meat of what has been intercepted."
3989 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ مِنْهَالٍ اَلْقَصَّابِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ تَلَقِّي اَلْغَنَمِ فَقَالَ "لاَ تَلَقَّ وَ لاَ تَشْتَرِ مَا تُلُقِّيَ وَ لاَ تَأْكُلْ مِنْ لَحْمِ مَا تُلُقِّيَ".

Hadith.5172 - Hammad ibn Isa narrated from Abu Al-Safatij from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding the saying of Allah (swt), the Almighty and Majestic: "And whoever kills a believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell" (Surah An-Nisa 4:93). Imam (as) said
"If Allah (swt) chooses to punish him."
5172 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادُ بْنُ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِي اَلسَّفَاتِجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي قَوْلِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ ۝ وَ مَنْ يَقْتُلْ مُؤْمِناً مُتَعَمِّداً فَجَزٰاؤُهُ جَهَنَّمُ ۝ قَالَ
"إِنْ جَازَاهُ".

hadith 285
Hadith.5255 - Al-Husayn ibn Sa'id narrated from Fadalah, from Aban, from Zurara, from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
"Whoever was granted protection (dhimmah) by Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family), his blood money (diyyah) is complete (to that of a muslim)."
5255 - مَا رَوَاهُ اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"مَنْ أَعْطَاهُ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ ذِمَّةً فَدِيَتُهُ كَامِلَةٌ"

hadith 1526
Hadith.3092 - Muawiyah ibn Ammar narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who forgot to slaughter in Mina until he visited the Kaaba, then purchased an animal in Mecca and slaughtered it. Imam (as) said
"There is no harm; it suffices for him."
3092 - وَ رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ بِمِنًى حَتَّى زَارَ اَلْبَيْتَ فَاشْتَرَى بِمَكَّةَ ثُمَّ نَحَرَهَا قَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ قَدْ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُ.

8. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Abd al-Karim from al-Hassan ibn Harun who has said the following
“I once said to abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), that while in the state of Ihram, I ate Khabis (a certain sweet mix) until I was full. He (the Imam) said, ‘When you complete all of your acts and are about to leave, buy one dirham of dates and give it as charity. It will be expiation for whatever may have happened in your Ihram which you do not know.’”
8ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) فِي الْمُحْرِمِ يُصِيبُ ثَوْبَهُ الطِّيبُ قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَغْسِلَهُ بِيَدِ نَفْسِهِ.

Hadith.818 - Ammar al-Sabati narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that
He said: "Whoever goes out on a journey without wrapping the turban under his chin and suffers from an ailment for which there is no remedy, let him blame none but himself”.
818 - وَ رَوَى عَمَّارٌ اَلسَّابَاطِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ - «مَنْ خَرَجَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلَمْ يُدِرِ اَلْعِمَامَةَ تَحْتَ حَنَكِهِ فَأَصَابَهُ أَلَمٌ لاَ دَوَاءَ لَهُ فَلاَ يَلُومَنَّ إِلاَّ نَفْسَهُ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain persons of his people who have said the following
About the case of a man who goes to his brother-in-law, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, If he has made hole in him his wife becomes unlawful for him.’”
4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ يَأْتِي أَخَا امْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ إِذَا أَوْقَبَهُ فَقَدْ حَرُمَتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَرْأَةُ.

13. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Murazim from Mu’adh ibn Kathir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that it is of the prosperity of man to support and provide for his family.”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ مُرَازِمٍ عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
مِنْ سَعَادَةِ الرَّجُلِ أَنْ يَكُونَ الْقَيِّمَ عَلَى عِيَالِهِ.

Hadith.135 - Abu Basir narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding a man who forgets to wipe his head during wudu. Imam (as) said
"Then let him wipe it." Abu Basir asked: "What if he does not remember until he has started the prayer?" Imam (as) said: "Then let him wipe his head with the moisture from his beard”.
135 - وَ رَوَى أَبُو بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ مَسْحَ رَأْسِهِ قَالَ «فَلْيَمْسَحْ» قَالَ لَمْ يَذْكُرْهُ حَتَّى دَخَلَ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ قَالَ «فَلْيَمْسَحْ رَأْسَهُ مِنْ بَلَلِ لِحْيَتِهِ.

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), would prohibit utilization of walnuts, that children bring after using in gambling, saying that it is Suht (filthy), unlawful.’”
6- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
كَانَ يَنْهَى عَنِ الْجَوْزِ يَجِي‏ءُ بِهِ الصِّبْيَانُ مِنَ الْقِمَارِ أَنْ يُؤْكَلَ وَقَالَ هُوَ سُحْتٌ.

8. Muhammad has narrated from al-Fadl from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), ’Can one blow at the place where he places his forehead for prostration? 5 He (the Imam) replied, ’No, he cannot do so.”
8ـ مُحَمَّدٌ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يَنْفُخُ فِي الصَّلاَةِ مَوْضِعَ جَبْهَتِهِ فَقَالَ لاَ.

hadith 289
Hadith.5259 - Buraid Al-Ijli narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that
he was asked about a Muslim who gouged out the eye of a Christian. Imam (as) replied: "The blood money (diyyah) for the eye of a dhimmi (non-Muslim under Islamic protection) is four hundred dirhams."
5259 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ رِئَابٍ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ اَلْعِجْلِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ فَقَأَ عَيْنَ نَصْرَانِيٍّ فَقَالَ "إِنَّ دِيَةَ عَيْنِ اَلذِّمِّيِّ أَرْبَعُمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ".

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from more than one person of our people who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that a shroud should be cut open from where the head of the deceased is when he is placed in the grave.”
9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
يُشَقُّ الْكَفَنُ مِنْ عِنْدِ رَأْسِ الْمَيِّتِ إِذَا أُدْخِلَ قَبْرَهُ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The Holy prophet prohibited adding of such soil into the grave which has not come from that grave.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) أَنَّ
النَّبِيَّ (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) نَهَى أَنْ يُزَادَ عَلَى الْقَبْرِ تُرَابٌ لَمْ يُخْرَجْ مِنْهُ.

3. Ali has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah’s anger intensifies upon a woman who brings in her family a stranger who consumes their bounties and looks at their privacies.’”
3- عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
اشْتَدَّ غَضَبُ اللهِ عَلَى امْرَأَةٍ أَدْخَلَتْ عَلَى أَهْلِ بَيْتِهَا مِنْ غَيْرِهِمْ فَأَكَلَ خَيْرَاتِهِمْ وَنَظَرَ إِلَى عَوْرَاتِهِمْ.

Hadith.2940 - Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar narrated
Abu Abdullah (as) was asked about a man who performed Hajj as Ifrad (Hajj without Umrah). Can he perform Umrah after completing Hajj? Imam (as) said: "Yes, if the razor has touched his head (he has completed the rites of Hajj), then it is good."
2940 - وَ رَوَى مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَفْرَدَ اَلْحَجَّ هَلْ لَهُ أَنْ يَعْتَمِرَ بَعْدَ اَلْحَجِّ فَقَالَ «نَعَمْ إِذَا أَمْكَنَ اَلْمُوسَى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ فَحَسَنٌ».

4ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) مَنْ صَدَّقَ بِالْخَلَفِ جَادَ بِالْعَطِيَّةِ.

3. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid from Isma’il ibn Mehran from Ibrahim ibn abu Raja’ from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Maintaining good neighborly relations increases one’s sustenance.”
3ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ أَبِي رَجَاءٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
حُسْنُ الْجِوَارِ يَزِيدُ فِي الرِّزْقِ.

16.It is narrated from al-Naḍr, from Ibrāhīm ibn ʿAbd al-Ḥamīd, from Zayd al-Shaḥḥām who said
“I heard Abā ʿAbdillāh (a) say, ‘Beware of the violent strikes of Allah by night and by day.’ So I asked, ‘What are the violent strikes of Allah?’ He said, ‘His punishment for [your] sins.’”
(عن) النضر عن إبراهيم بن عبد الحميد عن زيد الشحام قال
سمعت أبا عبد الله عليه السلام يقول: احذروا سطوات الله بالليل والنهار، فقلت: وما سطوات الله؟ قال: أخذه على المعاصي.

2. It is narrated from the above narrator from Ahmad from Safwan from Aban from Fudayl who has said the following
“I asked Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) about the words of Allah, ‘These are those into whose hearts belief is written. . . .’ (58:22), do they have any say in what is written into their hearts? The Imam said, ‘No, they do not have any say in it. ’”
2ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) أُولئِكَ كَتَبَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمُ الإيمانَ هَلْ لَهُمْ فِيمَا كَتَبَ فِي قُلُوبِهِمْ صُنْعٌ قَالَ لا.
