90. It has been reported that Abu 'Abd Allah (a.s) said
Nay, by Allah! A believer is not a true believer ever until he acts as the body of his brother; when one vein in it is struck, it evokes the rest of the body.
90 - وعن أبي عبد الله (ع) قال
لا والله، لا يكونُ المؤمن مؤمناً أبداً حتىّ يكونَ لأخيه مثل الجسدِ إذا ضرب عليه عرقٌ واحد تداعت له سائرُ عروقه.

Hadith.5415 - Abdullah ibn Al-Mughirah narrated from Al-Sakuni from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said
"Whoever does not make a will for his relatives at the time of his death has concluded his deeds with disobedience."
5415 - رَوَى عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ اَلسَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"مَنْ لَمْ يُوصِ عِنْدَ مَوْتِهِ لِذَوِي قَرَابَتِهِ فَقَدْ خَتَمَ عَمَلَهُ بِمَعْصِيَةٍ".

hadith 1230
Hadith.2797 - Ibn Abi Umayr narrated from Hafs ibn al-Bukhtari, from Abu Abdullah (as), regarding someone who is performing tawaf around the Kaaba and then enters the Kaaba during the tawaf. Imam (as) said
"He must start his tawaf over from the beginning."
2797 - وَ رَوَى اِبْنُ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ اَلْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِيمَنْ
كَانَ يَطُوفُ بِالْبَيْتِ فَيَعْرِضُ لَهُ دُخُولُ اَلْكَعْبَةِ فَدَخَلَهَا قَالَ «يَسْتَقْبِلُ طَوَافَهُ».

Hadith.2881 - It was narrated from Mu'awiyah ibn Ammar, who said
I said to Abu Abdullah (as): "Is the Hajj of a camel driver complete or incomplete?" Imam (as) said: "It is complete." I asked: "Is the Hajj of a hired worker complete or incomplete?" Imam (as) said: "It is complete."
2881 - رُوِيَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ حَجَّةُ اَلْجَمَّالِ تَامَّةٌ أَمْ نَاقِصَةٌ قَالَ «تَامَّةٌ» قُلْتُ حَجَّةُ اَلْأَجِيرِ تَامَّةٌ أَوْ نَاقِصَةٌ قَالَ «تَامَّةٌ.

10. Ali ibn Ibrahim narrated from his father, from al-Nawfali, from al-Sukuni, from Abu Abdullah (a.s.), who said
"The Messenger of Allah (s.a.w.) forbade the use of reeds and basil twigs as toothpicks."
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) أَنْ يُتَخَلَّلَ بِالْقَصَبِ وَ الرَّيْحَانِ .

Hadith.3679 - Al-Hasan ibn Mahbub narrated from Abdur-Rahman ibn Al-Hajjaj, from Abu Abdillah (as), who said
"Seek refuge with Allah (swt) from the burden of debt, the dominance of men, and the ruin of the unmarried."
3679 - رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَلرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ اَلْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"تَعَوَّذُوا بِاللَّهِ مِنْ غَلَبَةِ اَلدَّيْنِ وَ غَلَبَةِ اَلرِّجَالِ وَ بَوَارِ اَلْأَيِّمِ ".

Hadith.1990 - It was narrated from Sama'ah: "
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about the woman experiencing istihadha (irregular bleeding). Imam (as) said: 'She fasts during the Month of Ramadan, except for the days on which she would normally have her menstrual period. She must then make up those days afterward.'"
1990 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ قَالَ «تَصُومُ شَهْرَ رَمَضَانَ إِلاَّ اَلْأَيَّامَ اَلَّتِي كَانَتْ تَحِيضُ فِيهِنَّ ثُمَّ تَقْضِيهَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِ».

Hadith.2514 - It is narrated from Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari, who said
The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace and blessings of Allah (swt) be upon him and his family) forbade a man from entering upon his family at night when returning from a journey, until he informs them beforehand.
2514 - رُوِيَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ اَلْأَنْصَارِيِّ قَالَ
نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ أَنْ يَطْرُقَ اَلرَّجُلُ أَهْلَهُ لَيْلاً إِذَا جَاءَ مِنَ اَلْغَيْبَةِ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَهُمْ.

Hadith.2541 - Hammad narrated from Hariz, who narrated from Abu Abdullah (as)
Imam (as) saw no harm if a woman applied kohl, anointed herself with oil, and performed ghusl after doing all of this in preparation for Ihram.
2541 - وَ رَوَى حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ كَانَ لاَ يَرَى بَأْساً بِأَنْ تَكْتَحِلَ اَلْمَرْأَةُ وَ تَدَّهِنَ وَ تَغْتَسِلَ بَعْدَ هَذَا كُلِّهِ لِلْإِحْرَامِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Offering the greeting of peace is voluntary, but answering it is obligatory. ’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) السَّلامُ تَطَوُّعٌ وَالرَّدُّ فَرِيضَةٌ.

24. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following

24ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) تَصْدِيقُ الْحَدِيثِ عِنْدَ الْعُطَاسِ.

12. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Mahbub from certain individuals of his people from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Whoever yields to justice for people against his own soul is accepted to judge others’ cases.”
12ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ أَنْصَفَ النَّاسَ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ رُضِيَ بِهِ حَكَماً لِغَيْرِهِ.

16ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) لِقَاءُ الإخْوَانِ مَغْنَمٌ جَسِيمٌ وَإِنْ قَلُّوا.

Hadith.3940 - It is narrated from Hadid bin Hakim, who said
I said to Abu Abdillah (as): "A man buys hides from a butcher and pays him a fixed amount every day." Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in that."
3940 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ حَدِيدِ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ اَلرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي اَلْجُلُودَ مِنَ اَلْقَصَّابِ فَيُعْطِيهِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ شَيْئاً مَعْلُوماً فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ".

5. Hammad has narrated from Hariz from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Woman experiencing Hayd (menses) can also perform Salah (prayer) for a deceased; there is no Ruku‘, and Sajdah. One experiencing sexual relation can take Tayammum and performs Salah (prayer) for a deceased.’”
5ـ حَمَّادٌ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
الطَّامِثُ تُصَلِّي عَلَى الْجِنَازَةِ لأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِيهَا رُكُوعٌ وَلاَ سُجُودٌ وَالْجُنُبُ تَتَيَمَّمُ وَتُصَلِّي عَلَى الْجِنَازَةِ.

17. Muhammad ibn Ahmad has narrated from ibn Mahbub from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from ibn abu Ya‘fur who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, has said, ‘A man cannot go through the process of al-Li‘an (condemnation) against his wife in the manner of Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage).”’
مُحَمَّدٌ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا يُلَاعِنُ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ الَّتِي يَتَمَتَّعُ بِهَا .

4. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that Amir al-Mu’minin issued a judgment that said, ’All heirs inherit from the wergild except brothers and sisters from the mother’s side who do not inherit anything from the wergild.’”
4- وَعَنْهُ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَضَى أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَنَّ الدِّيَةَ يَرِثُهَا الْوَرَثَةُ إِلا الإخْوَةَ مِنَ الأمِّ فَإِنَّهُمْ لا يَرِثُونَ مِنَ الدِّيَةِ شَيْئاً.

hadith 79
5. It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Muhammad ibn Ali from abu Sa‘id (walking faster like running slowly)’d al-Shamiy from Salih ibn ‘Uqbah who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Feed your women with al-Barniy (dates) during their childbirth; your children will grow up forbearing.’”
عَنْهُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الشَّامِيِّ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ أَطْعِمُوا الْبَرْنِيَّ نِسَاءَكُمْ فِي نِفَاسِهِنَّ تَحْلُمْ أَوْلَادُكُمْ .

Hadith.5219 - Dawud ibn Sirhan narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a man who was carrying goods on his head and accidentally struck a person, causing death or breaking something. Imam (as) said
"He is not held liable (ma'mun)."
5219 - وَ رَوَى دَاوُدُ بْنُ سِرْحَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ حَمَلَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مَتَاعاً فَأَصَابَ إِنْسَاناً فَمَاتَ أَوْ كَسَرَ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً قَالَ "هُوَ مَأْمُونٌ".

Hadith.5217 - Dawud ibn Sirhan narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding two men who killed another man. Imam (as) said
"If the heirs of the murdered person wish to pay the blood money (diyyah) and execute both of them, they may kill them both."
5217 - وَ رَوَى دَاوُدُ بْنُ سِرْحَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي رَجُلَيْنِ قَتَلاَ رَجُلاً قَالَ
"إِنْ شَاءَ أَوْلِيَاءُ اَلْمَقْتُولِ أَنْ يُؤَدُّوا دِيَةً وَ يَقْتُلُوهُمَا جَمِيعاً قَتَلُوهُمَا".
