Imam (as) said "He is not held liable (ma'mun)." 5219 - وَ رَوَى دَاوُدُ بْنُ سِرْحَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فِي رَجُلٍ حَمَلَ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ مَتَاعاً فَأَصَابَ إِنْسَاناً فَمَاتَ أَوْ كَسَرَ مِنْهُ شَيْئاً قَالَ "هُوَ مَأْمُونٌ".
