10. Ali b. Ibrahim has narrated from from his father from Ibn Abi Umayr from Abu Ayyub al-Khazzas from Muhammad b. Muslim who said
I heard abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) say, “‘If an occultation reaches you all regarding the Master of this command, then do not reject it.”
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ إِنْ بَلَغَكُمْ عَنْ صَاحِبِ هَذَا الامْرِ غَيْبَةٌ فَلا تُنْكِرُوهَا.

11. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtari from Abu Abdillah (a.s), who has said the following
“Whoever Allah accepts even a single prayer from, He will not punish them, and whoever Allah accepts even one good deed from, He will not punish them.”
11ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ قَبِلَ الله مِنْهُ صَلاَةً وَاحِدَةً لَمْ يُعَذِّبْهُ وَمَنْ قَبِلَ مِنْهُ حَسَنَةً لَمْ يُعَذِّبْهُ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Harun ibn Muslim from Mas’adah ibn Sadaqa from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Amir al-Mu’minin, Ali ibn abu Talib (a.s.) has said, ‘Beware of disputations and quarrels; they create ill feelings toward the brothers (in belief) and upon these two hypocrisy grows.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ هَارُونَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ مَسْعَدَةَ بْنِ صَدَقَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) إِيَّاكُمْ وَالْمِرَاءَ وَالْخُصُومَةَ فَإِنَّهُمَا يُمْرِضَانِ الْقُلُوبَ عَلَى الإخْوَانِ وَيَنْبُتُ عَلَيْهِمَا النِّفَاقُ.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from certain individuals of his people from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Whoever looks down upon a believer or belittles him because of his small resources or poverty, on the Day of Judgment Allah will make (his disgrace) public to all creatures.”
9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
مَنِ اسْتَذَلَّ مُؤْمِناً وَاسْتَحْقَرَهُ لِقِلَّةِ ذَاتِ يَدِهِ وَلِفَقْرِهِ شَهَرَهُ الله يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ عَلَى رُءُوسِ الْخَلائِقِ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil from Zurara from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following
“When the soul reaches this - pointing to his throat - there will be no repentance for one who has knowledge, however, there will be repentance for an ignorant person.”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا بَلَغَتِ النَّفْسُ هَذِهِ وَأَهْوَى بِيَدِهِ إِلَى حَلْقِهِ لَمْ يَكُنْ لِلْعَالِمِ تَوْبَةٌ وَكَانَتْ لِلْجَاهِلِ تَوْبَةٌ.

3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Ghiyath ibn Ibrahim from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
from the Imam: “If one person from a group offers the greeting of peace it is sufficient for all and so also is for an answer if only one person from the stationary group responds.”

إِذَا سَلَّمَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ وَاحِدٌ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُمْ وَإِذَا رَدَّ وَاحِدٌ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُمْ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘Pay proper attention to who breastfeeds your children: a child grows up with such milk.’”

11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from Ibrahim ibn Mehzam from al-Qasim ibn al- Walid who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about elephant bones, its oil (perfume) containers and combs. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim narrated from his father, from al-Nawfali, from al-Sakuni, from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
The Prophet (saw) said: "Indeed, a non-Arab man from my nation recites the Quran in a non-Arabic manner, and the angels elevate him to an Arabic level."
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ النَّبِيُّ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) إِنَّ الرَّجُلَ الأعْجَمِيَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي لَيَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ بِعَجَمِيَّةٍ فَتَرْفَعُهُ الْمَلائِكَةُ عَلَى عَرَبِيَّةٍ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from those whom he has mentioned (in his book) from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“About the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, ‘We believe you to be a righteous person,’ (12:36) the Imam said, ‘He would make room for others in a gathering, lend money to the needy and assist the weak.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِنَّا نَراكَ مِنَ الْمُحْسِنِينَ قَالَ
كَانَ يُوَسِّعُ الْمَجْلِسَ وَيَسْتَقْرِضُ لِلْمُحْتَاجِ وَيُعِينُ الضَّعِيفَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfali from al-Sakuni from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Sitting in the Mosque in a leaning posture is the monkish practice of the Arabs. The gathering place of believing people is the Mosque, and their monastery is their home.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) الإتِّكَاءُ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ رَهْبَانِيَّةُ الْعَرَبِ إِنَّ الْمُؤْمِنَ مَجْلِسُهُ مَسْجِدُهُ وَصَوْمَعَتُهُ بَيْتُهُ.

20. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabi from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Justice is sweeter than water is for a thirsty man. How vast is justice when it is practiced in an issue even though it would be very little!”

الْعَدْلُ أَحْلَى مِنَ الْمَاءِ يُصِيبُهُ الظَّمْ‏آنُ مَا أَوْسَعَ الْعَدْلَ إِذَا عُدِلَ فِيهِ وَإِنْ قَلَّ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘One in the state of Ihram must hold his nose from sweet smelling things, but not from bad smelling ones.’”
4ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
الْمُحْرِمُ يُمْسِكُ عَلَى أَنْفِهِ مِنَ الرِّيحِ الطَّيِّبَةِ وَلا يُمْسِكُ عَلَى أَنْفِهِ مِنَ الرِّيحِ الْمُنْتِنَةِ.

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) أَنْ يُؤْكَلُ مَا تَحْمِلُ النَّمْلَةُ بِفِيهَا وَقَوَائِمِهَا.

“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.), once said to me, ‘Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has friends with the Sultan through whom He protects His friends.’”
7- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِينٍ قَالَ
قَالَ لِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) إِنَّ للهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَعَ السُّلْطَانِ أَوْلِيَاءَ يَدْفَعُ بِهِمْ عَنْ أَوْلِيَائِهِ.

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) وَقَدْ سُئِلَ عَنْ كَسْبِ النَّائِحَةِ قَالَ تَسْتَحِلُّهُ بِضَرْبِ إِحْدَى يَدَيْهَا عَلَى الأخْرَى.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih ibn al-Sindi from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from Ali ibn abu Hamza from abu Basir from abu Ja‘far (a.s.) about the words of Allah, the Most High. “(Muhammad), be devoted to the upright religion. It is harmonious with the nature which God has designed for people.. .” (30:30 The Imam (a.s.) said
“It is Leadership with Divine Authority).”
34ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ ابي جعفر (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى فَأَقِمْ وَجْهَكَ لِلدِّينِ حَنِيفاً قَالَ
هِيَ الْوَلايَةُ.

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“About a man who takes Ghusl (bath) for Ihram then trims his fingernails, abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘He should wipe them with water and he is not required to take Ghusl (bath) again.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم)
فِي رَجُلٍ اغْتَسَلَ لإِحْرَامِهِ ثُمَّ قَلَّمَ أَظْفَارَهُ قَالَ يَمْسَحُهَا بِالْمَاءِ وَلا يُعِيدُ الْغُسْلَ.

Hadith.4767 - Ṣafwan ibn Yaḥya narrated from Isḥaq ibn ʿAmmar who said
"I asked Abu Ibrahim (Imam Musa ibn Jafar Al-Kadhim (as)) about the absent man who divorces his wife. How long must his absence be?" Imam (as) replied: "Five or six months." I asked: "Is there a shorter period than that?" Imam (as) said: "Three months."
4767 - فَقَدْ رَوَى صَفْوَانُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ اَلْغَائِبُ اَلَّذِي يُطَلِّقُ كَمْ غَيْبَتُهُ قَالَ "خَمْسَةُ أَشْهُرٍ أَوْ سِتَّةُ أَشْهُرٍ" قُلْتُ حَدٌّ فِيهِ دُونَ ذَا قَالَ "ثَلاَثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ".

2. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ibrahim (a.s.), about a man who is ill; if pebbles on al-Jamar can be thrown on his behalf. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he must be taken to al-Jamar and then pebbles are thrown on his behalf.’”
2ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ الْمَرِيضِ يُرْمَى عَنْهُ الْجِمَارُ قَالَ نَعَمْ يُحْمَلُ إِلَى الْجَمْرَةِ وَيُرْمَى عَنْهُ.
