5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim and abu Basir, Burayd and Fudayl who have said the following
“Abu Ja‘far and abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, have said that Allah has made zakat obligatory along with Salah (prayer).”
5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ وَأَبِي بَصِيرٍ وَبُرَيْدٍ وَفُضَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالاَ
فَرَضَ الله الزَّكَاةَ مَعَ الصَّلاَةِ.

4. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from abu Ayyub who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who catches fish, then ties it to a string, then sends it in the water where it dies; if he can use it for food. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he must not use it for food.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ أَنَّهُ
سَأَلَ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ اصْطَادَ سَمَكَةً فَرَبَطَهَا بِخَيْطٍ وَ أَرْسَلَهَا فِي الْمَاءِ فَمَاتَتْ أَ تُؤْكَلُ قَالَ لَا .

13. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn al-Bakhtariy who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who performs Tawaf with a child and Sa‘y between al-Safa’ and al-Marwah; if this is sufficient for her Tawaf also. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is sufficient.’” (Ahadith 11-13 are best explained in the form of fatwa).
13ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم)
فِي الْمَرْأَةِ تَطُوفُ بِالصَّبِيِّ وَتَسْعَى بِهِ هَلْ يُجْزِئُ ذَلِكَ عَنْهَا وَعَنِ الصَّبِيِّ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ.

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu ‘ Urn ay r from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who makes a sale and the merchandise is not with him for an appointed time but he guarantees the sale. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not unlawful.’”
8- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَمَّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ بَاعَ بَيْعاً لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ إِلَى أَجَلٍ وَضَمِنَ الْبَيْعَ قَالَ لا بَأْسَ.

Hadith.4505 - Muhammad ibn Yahya al-Khazzaz narrated from Ghiyath ibn Ibrahim, from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said
"Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) said: "A woman touching her daughter in an inappropriate manner once she has reached six years of age is a form of indecency (a branch of fornication)."
4505 - رَوَى مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى اَلْخَزَّازُ عَنْ غِيَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
قَالَ عَلِيٌّ صَلَوَاتُُ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ : "مُبَاشَرَةُ اَلْمَرْأَةِ اِبْنَتَهَا إِذَا بَلَغَتْ سِتَّ سِنِينَ شُعْبَةٌ مِنَ اَلزِّنَا".

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Sulaym al-Farra’ from a man from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who said
“It is incumbent on a believer not to die without having learnt the Qur’an or being in the process of learning it.”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمٍ الْفَرَّاءِ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
يَنْبَغِي لِلْمُؤْمِنِ أَنْ لا يَمُوتَ حَتَّى يَتَعَلَّمَ الْقُرْآنَ أَوْ يَكُونَ فِي تَعْلِيمِهِ.

لا تُكَرِّهُوا إِلَى أَنْفُسِكُمُ الْعِبَادَةَ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper for a woman to wear perfumes when she goes out of her house.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا يَنْبَغِي لِلْمَرْأَةِ أَنْ تُجَمِّرَ ثَوْبَهَا إِذَا خَرَجَتْ مِنْ بَيْتِهَا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hafs ibn af-Bakhtariy and Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following
“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that they (people of the cemetery) take comfort in you. When you disappear from them they become afraid.”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ الْبَخْتَرِيِّ وَجَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ قَالَ
إِنَّهُمْ يَأْنَسُونَ بِكُمْ فَإِذَا غِبْتُمْ عَنْهُمُ اسْتَوْحَشُوا.

Hadith.2890 - Ishaq ibn Ammar narrated
I asked Abu Ibrahim (as) about a concubine (umm walad) of a man whom he had sent for Hajj. "Does that suffice for her as the Hajj of Islam?" Imam (as) said: "No." I asked: "Does she have any reward for her Hajj?" Imam (as) said: "Yes."
2890 - رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ أُمِّ وَلَدٍ تَكُونُ لِلرَّجُلِ قَدْ أَحَجَّهَا أَ يَجُوزُ ذَلِكَ عَنْهَا مِنْ حَجَّةِ اَلْإِسْلاَمِ قَالَ «لاَ» قُلْتُ لَهَا أَجْرٌ فِي حَجِّهَا قَالَ «نَعَمْ».

10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from al-Fudayl from ibn abu Hamza who has said the following.
“I asked abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.), ‘Can the earth be left without the Imam?’” The Imam (a.s.) replied, “ Were to remain without Imam it would obliterate its inhabitants.”
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لابِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَ تَبْقَى الارْضُ بِغَيْرِ إِمَامٍ قَالَ لَوْ بَقِيَتِ الارْضُ بِغَيْرِ إِمَامٍ لَسَاخَتْ.

(15) Ali bin Ahmad narrated from Obaydillah bin Musa from Ibraheem bin Hashim from Muhammad bin Abu Omayr from Hisham bin Salim that Abu Abdullah as-Sadiq (as) had said
“Al-Yamani and as-Sufyani will rise like two racehorses.”
15 - أخبرنا علي بن أحمد قال: حدثنا عبيد الله بن موسى، عن إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن محمد بن أبي عمير، عن هشام بن سالم، عن أبي عبد الله
أنه قال: اليماني والسفياني كفَرسَي رهان.

7. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Khalid and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from all from ‘Uthman ibn ‘Isa from Sama‘ah who has said the following
“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about the divorce of a pregnant woman. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is one and her waiting period is childbirth.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ طَلَاقِ الْحُبْلَى فَقَالَ وَاحِدَةٌ وَ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا .

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Mahr (dower) is what people agree upon or twelve Awqiyah and one Nashsha or five hundred dirham.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْمَهْرُ مَا تَرَاضَى عَلَيْهِ النَّاسُ أَوِ اثْنَتَا عَشْرَةَ أُوقِيَّةً وَنَشٌّ أَوْ خَمْسُمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ.

9. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from al-‘Ala’ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a man who has missed one Rak‘at of Salah (prayer) with Imam on the days of al-Tashriq (11,12 and 13 of Dhul Hajj). He (the Imam) said, ‘He must complete Salah (prayer) and say Takbir (Allah is great beyond description).”’
9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ بْنِ رَزِينٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ فَاتَتْهُ رَكْعَةٌ مَعَ الإِمَامِ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ أَيَّامَ التَّشْرِيقِ قَالَ يُتِمُّ الصَّلاَةَ وَيُكَبِّرُ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from abu Jamilah from Zayd who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who rinses his mouth when he is fasting. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must not swallow his saliva before discharging it out of his mouth three times.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ زَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) فِي الصَّائِمِ يَتَمَضْمَضُ قَالَ
لا يَبْلَعْ رِيقَهُ حَتَّى يَبْزُقَ ثَلاثَ مَرَّاتٍ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from al-‘Ala’ from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘One of you in order to rub oil on his body covers his whole body with an amount of oil on his palm. Water, however, is more plentiful than this.”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنِ الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
يَأْخُذُ أَحَدُكُمُ الرَّاحَةَ مِنَ الدُّهْنِ فَيَمْلأُ بِهَا جَسَدَهُ وَالْمَاءُ أَوْسَعُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from a man who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When relations overlay each other then the earliest is more deserving of legacy of his relative, and if they are equal then each one takes the place of one who is close to him.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ إِذَا الْتَفَّتِ الْقَرَابَاتُ فَالسَّابِقُ أَحَقُّ بِمِيرَاثِ قَرِيبِهِ فَإِنِ اسْتَوَتْ قَامَ كُلٌّ مِنْهُمْ مَقَامَ قَرِيبِهِ.

دِرْهَمٌ يُوصَلُ بِهِ الامَامُ أَفْضَلُ مِنْ أَلْفَيْ أَلْفِ دِرْهَمٍ فِيمَا سِوَاهُ مِنْ وُجُوهِ الْبِرِّ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from Ya’qub ibn Shu’ayb who has said the following
“Once I asked Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) ‘Does anyone, other than the believers, has any reward with Allah for his good deeds?’ The Imam said, ‘No, there is no one as such.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) هَلْ لأحَدٍ عَلَى مَا عَمِلَ ثَوَابٌ عَلَى الله مُوجَبٌ إِلا الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَ لا.
