3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Yunus from a man who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When relations overlay each other then the earliest is more deserving of legacy of his relative, and if they are equal then each one takes the place of one who is close to him.’”
3- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ إِذَا الْتَفَّتِ الْقَرَابَاتُ فَالسَّابِقُ أَحَقُّ بِمِيرَاثِ قَرِيبِهِ فَإِنِ اسْتَوَتْ قَامَ كُلٌّ مِنْهُمْ مَقَامَ قَرِيبِهِ.
