3. It is a narration from him (narrator of previous Hadith) by ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following: “I have heard from certain persons of our people saying that the
minimum recitation when swords are at work is two Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) for every Salah (prayer) except that there are three Takbir (Allah is great beyond description) for al-Maghrib.”
3ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ بَعْضَ أَصْحَابِنَا يَذْكُرُ أَنَّ أَقَلَّ مَا يُجْزِئُ فِي حَدِّ الْمُسَايَفَةِ مِنَ التَّكْبِيرِ تَكْبِيرَتَانِ لِكُلِّ صَلاَةٍ إِلاَّ الْمَغْرِبَ فَإِنَّ لَهَا ثَلاَثاً.

2. Ali has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from al-Sakuniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that when a person is about to die, the angel of death ties him down; otherwise, he will not calm down.”
2ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِنَّ الْمَيِّتَ إِذَا حَضَرَهُ الْمَوْتُ أَوْثَقَهُ مَلَكُ الْمَوْتِ وَلَوْ لاَ ذَلِكَ مَا اسْتَقَرَّ.

الْمُصْلِحُ لَيْسَ بِكَذَّابٍ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A man must not be asked to take an oath except for what he knows.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ أَيْمَنَ الْحَنَّاطِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لا يُسْتَحْلَفُ الرَّجُلُ إِلا عَلَى عِلْمِهِ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘ Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from Hariz who has said the following
“Once I asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘Who should I sympathize with and who are my dependents?’ He replied, ‘Such people are your parents, your children, and your wife.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ مَنِ الَّذِي أَحْتَنُّ عَلَيْهِ وَتَلْزَمُنِي نَفَقَتُهُ قَالَ الْوَالِدَانِ وَالْوَلَدُ وَالزَّوْجَةُ.

3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from those who narrated to him who have said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If normal duration of a woman’s blood discharge due to Hayd (menses) is ten days, she does not need to perform an examination but if it is less, she must perform an examination.’”
3ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا كَانَتْ أَيَّامُ الْمَرْأَةِ عَشَرَةَ أَيَّامٍ لَمْ تَسْتَظْهِرْ وَإِذَا كَانَتْ أَقَلَّ اسْتَظْهَرَتْ.

hadith 194
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ’Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following
“I once asked abu al-Hassan, al-Rida (a.s.), about Ghusl (bath) on Friday. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is obligatory on every male, female, slave or free.’”
1ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْغُسْلِ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ فَقَالَ وَاجِبٌ عَلَى كُلِّ ذَكَرٍ وَأُنْثَى عَبْدٍ أَوْ حُرٍّ.

16. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from ibn Muskan from Muhammad al-Halabiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not necessary for a woman to open up her hairs when taking Ghusl (bath) because of sexual relation.’”
16ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
لاَ تَنْقُضُ الْمَرْأَةُ شَعْرَهَا إِذَا اغْتَسَلَتْ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ.

9. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from those whom he has mentioned who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘For a newborn ‘Aqiqah is offered on the seventh day and the child is circumcised.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَمَّنْ ذَكَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الْمَوْلُودُ يُعَقُّ عَنْهُ وَ يُخْتَنُ لِسَبْعَةِ أَيَّامٍ .

“In friendliness, certainly, there are increased blessings. One dispossessed of (faculty) friendliness is deprived of goodness.”
7ـ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَبِي الْمِقْدَامِ رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وآلِه) قَالَ
إِنَّ فِي الرِّفْقِ الزِّيَادَةَ وَالْبَرَكَةَ وَمَنْ يُحْرَمِ الرِّفْقَ يُحْرَمِ الْخَيْرَ.

9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
كُلُّ شَيْ‏ءٍ يَطِيرُ فَلاَ بَأْسَ بِبَوْلِهِ وَخُرْئِهِ.

Hadith.3298 - And it was narrated from Abdullah ibn Al-Mughirah who said
I asked Imam Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha (as), about a man who divorced his wife and brought two witnesses who were Nasibis. Imam (as) said: "Everyone who is born upon the natural disposition (Fitrah) and is known for righteousness in himself, his testimony is accepted."
3298 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ رَجُلٌ طَلَّقَ اِمْرَأَتَهُ وَ أَشْهَدَ شَاهِدَيْنِ نَاصِبِيَّيْنِ قَالَ "كُلُّ مَنْ وُلِدَ عَلَى اَلْفِطْرَةِ وَ عُرِفَ بِالصَّلاَحِ فِي نَفْسِهِ جَازَتْ شَهَادَتُهُ".

8. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah from Sama‘ah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not proper to perform Salah (prayer) with clothes that have come in contact with the urine of cat.’”
8ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِنْ أَصَابَ الثَّوْبَ شَيْ‏ءٌ مِنْ بَوْلِ السِّنَّوْرِ فَلاَ يَصْلُحُ الصَّلاَةُ فِيهِ حَتَّى تَغْسِلَهُ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If you give charity, then do not take it back or buy it back unless it comes back to you in the form of an inherited legacy.”’

إِنْ تَصَدَّقْتَ بِصَدَقَةٍ لَمْ تَرْجِعْ إِلَيْكَ وَلَمْ تَشْتَرِهَا إِلا أَنْ تُورَثَ.

7. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Abd Allah ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following: “About the meaning of the words of Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, ‘You must beautify yourselves near every Masjid’ abu al-Hassan (a.s.), has said, ‘
Of such matters one is combing at the time of every Salat (prayer).”’

1. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd Allah ibn al- Mughirah who has said the following
“I once heard abu al-Hassan (a.s.), saying, ‘You must marry women of large hips because they are most fertile for child bearing.’”
1- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِذَوَاتِ الأوْرَاكِ فَإِنَّهُنَّ أَنْجَبُ.

“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Of the misfortunes in the worldly life is a small and congested house.’”

مِنْ شَقَاءِ الْعَيْشِ ضِيقُ الْمَنْزِلِ .

7-114 Ja’far ibn Ali ibn al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Abdullah ibn al-Muqayrih al-Kufy - may God be pleased with him - narrated that his grandfather Al-Hassan ibn Ali quoted on the authority of his great grandfather Abdullah ibn al-Muqayrih, on the authority of Isma’il ibn Abi Zyad , on the authority of Ja’far ibn Muhammad as-Sadiq (MGB), on the authority of his father (MGB)
“Seven groups of people should not shorten their prayers as follows: Those who collect tax; the commanders who move around in the province under their command; merchants who go from town to town; shepherds; Bedouins who are always looking for water and plants; men who go to hunt as a hobby and bandits who steal from travelers.”
7-114 حدثنا جعفر بن علي بن الحسن بن علي بن عبد الله بن المغيرة الكوفي رضي الله عنه قال: حدثني جدي الحسن بن علي، عن جده عبد الله بن المغيرة، عن إسماعيل بن أبي زياد، عن جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه عليهما السلام قال
سبعة لا يقصرون الصلاة الجابي الذي يدور في جبايته، والامير الذي يدور في إمارته، والتاجر الذي يدور في تجارته من سوق إلى سوق، والراعي، والبدوي الذي يطلب مواضع القطر ومنبت الشجر، والرجل الذي يطلب الصيد يريد به لهو الدنيا، والمحارب الذي يقطع السبيل
