مسلم بن كثير الأعرج: من أصحاب الحسين عليه السلام، رجال الشيخ (12). وعده ابن شهرآشوب من المقتولين في الحملة الأولى. المناقب: الجزء 4. باب إمامة أبي عبد الله الحسين عليه السلام، فصل في مقتله عليه السلام. وقد نسب التسليم إليه في زيارتي الناحية والرجبية، ولكنه غير موجود في نسخة المجلسي وإنما الموجود في زيارة الناحية المقدسة أسلم بن كثير، كما تقدم. وفي الزيارة الرجبية مسلم بن كناد.
