3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Sulayman from his uncle ‘Abd Allah ibn Hilal who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, once said to me, ’You must clip your mustache and fingernails every Friday, if you do not need clipping then just scratch them. You will not be affected by insanity, leprosy and albinism.’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ عَمِّهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ قَالَ
قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) خُذْ مِنْ شَارِبِكَ وَ أَظْفَارِكَ فِي كُلِّ جُمُعَةٍ فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ فِيهَا شَيْ‏ءٌ فَحُكَّهَا لَا يُصِيبُكَ جُنُونٌ وَ لَا جُذَامٌ وَ لَا بَرَصٌ .

35-14 Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Al-Husayn ibn Yusuf al-Baghdadi narrated that Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Anbasa quoted on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Soleiman al-Malti that Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.) quotedon the authority of his father Musa ibn Ja’far (a.s.), on the authority of his father (a.s.), on the authority of his forefathers (a.s.), on the authority of Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.), “God’s Prophet (S) said, ‘
Jealousy is about to overtake Divinely-Ordained Destiny.’”
14 - وَحَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدِ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ بْنِ يُوسِفالبَغدْادي قالَ: حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ‏عنبسة قالَ: حَدَّثَنا الحَسَن بْنِ سُلَيْمان الملطي قالَ: حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ مُوسَى الرِّضَـا عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ: حَدَّثَنا أَبي مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَر عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَن أَبيهِ، عَن آبائِهِ، عَن عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِب‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ
قالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: كاد الحَسَدُ أَنْ يسبق القدر.

31-343 Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Al-Husayn ibn Yusuf al-Baghdadi narrated that Ali ibn Muhammad ibn Anbasa quoted on the authority of Al-Hassan ibn Soleiman al-Malti and No’aym ibn Salih that Al-Mattiri and Darim ibn Qabeesa An-Nahshali that Ali ibn Musa Ar-Ridha’ (a.s.) quoted on the authority of his father Musa ibn Ja’far (a.s.), on the authority of his father Ja’far (a.s.), on the authority of his father Muhammad ibn Ali (a.s.), on the authority of Jabir ibn Abdullah Al-Ansari that God’s Prophet (S) said, “
I am the Treasure of Knowledge and Ali is its Key. Whoever wants the Treasure should go to its Key.”
343 - حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدِ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ بْنِ يُوسِفالبَغدْادي قالَ: حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ‏عنبسة قالَ: حَدَّثَنا الحَسَن بْنِ سُلَيْمان الملطي وَنُعَيْم بْنِ صالِح المطيري وَدارِم بْنِ قبيصة النهشلي قالُوا حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ مُوسَى الرِّضا عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَنْ أَبيهِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَر عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ‏عَنْ أَبِيهِ‏عَلِيِ‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَنْ جابِر بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّه الأَنْصارِي قالَ
قالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ‏ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: أَنَا خزانة العِلْمُ وَعَلِيِّ مِفْتاحها وَمن أَرادَ الخزانة فليأت المفتاح.

God’s Prophet (S) said, “O Ali! I asked God for you whatever I asked Him for myself, except for Prophethood since God has said, There will be no Prophets after you. You are the seal of the Prophets, and Ali is the seal of the Trustees.”
339 - حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدِ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ بْنِ يُوسِفالبَغدْادي قالَ: حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ‏عنبسة قالَ: حَدَّثَنا الحَسَن بْنِ سُلَيْمان الملطي فِي مَشْهَدِ عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِب‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ: حَدَّثَنا مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ القاسِمِ بْنِ العَبَّاسِ بْنِ مُوسَى العَلَوِي بقصر ابْنِ هبيرة وَدارِم بْنِ قبيصة بْنِ نهشل النهشلي قالُوا حَدَّثَنا عَلِىِّ بْنِ مُوسَى بْنِ جَعْفَر عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ عَنْ أَبيهِ عَنْ آبائِهِ عَنْ عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِب‏ عَلَيْهِ السَّلامُ قالَ
قالَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِهِ: يا عَلِيِّ ما سَأَلْت أَنَا رَبِّي‏شَيْئاً إِلاّ سَأَلْت لَكَ مِثْلَهُ غَيْرِ أَنَّهُ قالَ لا نبوة بعدك أَنْتَ خاتَم النَبِيِّين وَعَلِيِّ خاتَم الوَصِيِّين.
