Kitāb al-Ḍuʿafāʾ

disputed

The ascription of this book to Ibn al-Ghaḍāʾirī is disputed; al-Khoei held it unproven («

Kufan. They narrated from Abū ʿAbdillāh عليه السلام. Abū Jaʿfar b. Bābawayh said: Their book is a forgery. Muḥammad b. Mūsā al-Sammān forged it. Abū Jaʿfar made a mistake in this saying, for I have seen their books heard from Muḥammad b. Abī ʿUmayr.
