I asked Imam (as) about a woman whose milk flowed without childbirth, and she breastfed a girl and a boy with that milk. Does this milk create the same prohibitions as regular breastfeeding? Imam (as) replied: "No."

“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman who allows her milk without giving birth and breastfeeds a girl or a boy with that milk; if because of such milk the unlawfulness on account of breastfeeding comes into existence. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, unlawfulness does not come into existence.’”

“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of breastfeeding and its minimum limit that brings unlawfulness. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is an amount of breastfeeding that makes the flesh or blood grow.’ He (the Imam) then asked, ‘Do you think once can do it?’ I replied, ‘I pray to Allah to keep you well, I ask you, can twice do it?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘No, it cannot do it.’ I kept counting up to ten times breastfeeding.”
