"Is it permissible for her to perform Hajj?" Imam (as) said: "Yes, if she is trustworthy."

Hadith.2351 - Sulayman ibn Khalid asked Abu Abdullah (as) about a man who closed his door on a bird, causing it to die. Imam (as) replied: "If he closed the door on it after entering the state of ihram, then he must offer a sacrificial animal (damm). If he closed it before entering ihram while he was in a permissible state, he must pay its value."

“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), ‘When must I say Talbiyah for al-Hajj?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘When you leave for Mina’. Then he (the Imam) said, ‘When you reach the point where you find Shi‘b Dubb on your right and al-‘Aqabah on your left, then commence saying Talbiyah for al-Hajj.’” (Fatwa best explains this hadith and the following chapters).

“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘It is in the book of Ali (a.s.), ‘If one in the state of Ihram kills a sandgrouse, partridge or francolin or a similar bird he owes an offering animal.”

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the cost of turtledove, al-Dubsiy, (a certain bird), quail, sparrow and nightingale. He (the Imam) said, ‘He owes the cost. If he, however, has killed it in the state of Ihram in al-Haram (the sacred area), he owes double of the cost, but there is no offering of animal life.”’

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who in the state of Ihram steps on the egg of a sandgrouse and shatters it. He (the Imam) said, ‘He must send rams on ewes equal to the number of eggs affected, as in the case of the eggs of an ostrich in which male camel are sent on female camels.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is in the book of Ali (a.s.), that the ransom for breaking the egg of a sandgrouse is one young ewe, just as for the egg of an ostrich the ransom is one young she camel.’”

"I asked Abu Al-Hasan (as) about the Talbiyah and its reason. Imam (as) said: 'Indeed, when people enter Ihram, Allah (swt), Mighty and Majestic, calls out to them, saying, "My servants and handmaids, I will make you forbidden upon the Fire just as you have entered Ihram for Me." Thus, their saying, 'Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik' (Here I am, O Allah (swt), Here I am) is a response to Allah (swt), Mighty and Majestic, for His call to them.'

When the servants (people) enter the state of ritual consecration for the Hajj the Honorable the Exalted God addresses them and says, ‘O My servants and slaves! I forbid the Fire from you as you forbade things for yourselves.’ Then they say ‘Labbayk Allahuma Labbayk’ implying that they have accepted God’s call and are responding to it.’”

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is in the state of Ihram as well as his wife and he involves himself in sexual relation with her. He (the Imam) said, ‘If it is with her and his lustfulness, they both owe an offering. They must separate from each other until all acts of al-Hajj are complete and they return to the place where it had happened; if it was not with lust on her part, instead she had despised, then she does not owe anything.’”

I said to Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him: Indeed, Allah has ordered me in His Book with an order, and I would like to know (the meaning of) it. He said: And what is that? I said: The saying of Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He: «Then, let them end their tafath, and let them fulfill their vows» (22:29). He said: «let them end their tafath» is the meeting with the Imam, and «let them fulfill their vows» are those rites. Abdullah bin Sinan said: Then I came to Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him, and I said: May Allah make me a sacrifice for you. The saying of Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He: «Then, let them end their tafath, and let them fulfill their vows» (22:29)? He said: It is to take (some off) the mustache, cut the nails, and similar to that. He said: I said: May I be sacrificed for you, Dhuraih al-Muharibi told me of you that you, indeed, said to him that «Then, let them end their tafath» is the meeting with the Imam, and that «and let them fulfill their vows» are those rites. He said: Dhuraih spoke true, and you have spoken true. Indeed, for the Qur’an is an apparent meaning and an internal meaning. And who can handle like what Dhuraih handles?
