أحمد السبعي: قال الشيخ الحر في تذكرة المتبحرين (28): " أحمد بن السبعي يروي عن تلامذة الشهيد، ذكره ابن أبي جمهور في غوالي اللآلي، وأثنى عليه، فقال: الشيخ الفاضل الكامل بفني الفروع والأصول، المحكم لقواعد الفقه والكلام، جامع أشتات الفضائل، فخر الدين أحمد، الشهير بالسبعي. " إنتهى ".
