أبو يحيى المكفوف: قال النجاشي: " أبو يحيى المكفوف: أخبرنا الحسين بن عبيد الله، عن الحسين بن علي بن سفيان، قال: حدثنا حميد بن زياد، قال: سمعت من عمر بن طرخان كتاب أبي يحيى المكفوف ". وقال الشيخ (831): " أبو يحيى المكفوف، له كتاب، رويناه بهذا الاسناد، عن حميد، عن عمر بن طرخان، عنه ". وأراد بهذا الاسناد: جماعة، عن أبي المفضل، عن حميد. وعده في رجاله من أصحاب الكاظم عليه السلام (1)، قائلا: " أبو يحيى المكفوف روى عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام ". وعده البرقي في أصحاب الكاظم عليه السلام، من أصحاب الصادق عليه السلام. وطريق الشيخ إليه ضعيف، بأبي المفضل.
