يونس بن أبي يعفور: عده الشيخ في رجاله (تارة): من أصحاب الباقر عليه السلام (16)، قائلا: " يونس بن أبي يعفور، كوفي ". و (أخرى): في أصحاب الصادق عليه السلام (70)، قائلا: " يونس بن أبي يعفور، روى عنه يونس بن يعقوب، واسم أبي يعفور قيس بن يعفور من بني أشيم، كوفي ". وذكر البرقي مثله إلى قوله قيس بن يعفور.
