Hadith.2735 - Yusuf al-Tatari narrated

I said to Abu Abdullah (as), "What is the ruling if a group of people in the state of ihram eat game?" Imam (as) said: "Each of them must offer a sheep, and the one who slaughtered it is only required to offer one sheep."

2735 - وَ رَوَى يُوسُفُ اَلطَّاطَرِيُّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ صَيْدٌ أَكَلَهُ قَوْمٌ مُحْرِمُونَ قَالَ «عَلَيْهِمْ شَاةٌ شَاةٌ وَ لَيْسَ عَلَى اَلَّذِي ذَبَحَهُ إِلاَّ شَاةٌ ».

3. Abu Ali al-Ash’ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan ibn Yahya from al-Hakam ibn Ayman from Yusuf al-Tatariy who has said the following

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a people who in the state of Ihram eat from the flesh of an animal which is hunted. He (the Imam) said, ‘They owe one sheep and the one who has slaughtered does not owe more than a sheep.’”

3ـ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ أَيْمَنَ عَنْ يُوسُفَ الطَّاطَرِيِّ قَالَ

قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) صَيْدٌ أَكَلَهُ قَوْمٌ مُحْرِمُونَ قَالَ عَلَيْهِمْ شَاةٌ وَلَيْسَ عَلَى الَّذِي ذَبَحَهُ إِلاَّ شَاةٌ.

And whatever is narrated from Yusuf Al-Tatri, I have narrated it from my father - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Sa'd ibn Abdullah, from Ibrahim ibn Hashim, from Muhammad ibn Sinan, from Yusuf ibn Ibrahim Al-Tatri.

عن أبي- رضي اللّه عنه- عن سعد بن عبد اللّه، عن إبراهيم بن هاشم، عن محمّد بن سنان، عن يوسف بن إبراهيم الطاطريّ‌.
