يعقوب الجعفي: روى عن أبي الحسن عليه السلام، وروى عنه الحسن بن راشد. الفقيه: الجزء 3، باب العزل، الحديث 1340. ورواها الشيخ في التهذيب: الجزء 7، باب الزيادات في فقه النكاح، الحديث 1972. وروى هذه الرواية الصدوق في الخصال والعيون، وفيهما: يعقوب الجعفري، بدل يعقوب الجعفي، والظاهر هو الصحيح بقرينة ساير الروايات. أقول: الظاهر هو يعقوب بن جعفر الجعفري المتقدم.
