Hadith.3068 - Al-Bazanti narrated from Abdul Karim ibn Amr from Saeed ibn Yasar, who said
I asked Abu Abdullah (as) about someone who buys a sheep but does not announce it (as a sacrifice). Imam (as) replied: "There is no harm whether he announces it or does not announce it."
3068 - وَ رَوَى اَلْبَزَنْطِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَلْكَرِيمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَمَّنِ اِشْتَرَى شَاةً وَ لَمْ يُعَرِّفْ بِهَا فَقَالَ «لاَ بَأْسَ عَرَّفَ بِهَا، أَوْ لَمْ يُعَرِّفْ بِهَا ».

hadith 381
Hadith.4010 - Sa'id ibn Yasar asked him about exchanging one camel for two camels, whether hand-to-hand or on credit. Imam (as) said: "Yes, there is no harm if their ages are specified, whether they are young or mature." Then Imam (as) instructed me to strike out the mention of credit because people say it is not allowed, and Imam (as) only did that as a precaution (taqiyyah).
4010 - وَ سَأَلَهُ سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ : عَنِ اَلْبَعِيرِ بِالْبَعِيرَيْنِ يَداً بِيَدٍ وَ نَسِيئَةً فَقَالَ "نَعَمْ لاَ بَأْسَ إِذَا سُمِّيَتِ اَلْأَسْنَانُ جَذَعَانَ أَوْ ثَنِيَّانَ، ثُمَّ أَمَرَنِي فَخَطَطْتُ عَلَى اَلنَّسِيئَةِ لِأَنَّ اَلنَّاسَ يَقُولُونَ لاَ وَ إِنَّمَا فَعَلَ ذَلِكَ لِلتَّقِيَّةِ".

Hadith.4672 - Hariz narrated from Al-Fudayl ibn Yasar from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
"Breastfeeding does not create a prohibition except when it is continuous and intentional." I asked: "What is meant by continuous and intentional?" Imam (as) replied: "It is when a mother raises the child, a wet nurse is hired, or a bondwoman is purchased for breastfeeding."
4672 - وَ رَوَى حَرِيزٌ عَنِ اَلْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"لاَ يَحْرُمُ مِنَ اَلرَّضَاعِ إِلاَّ مَا كَانَ مَجْبُوراً " قَالَ قُلْتُ وَ مَا اَلْمَجْبُورُ قَالَ "أُمٌّ تُرَبِّي أَوْ ظِئْرٌ تُسْتَأْجَرُ أَوْ أَمَةٌ تُشْتَرَى".

Hadith.4397 - It is narrated by Al-Fudhayl ibn Yasar, Muhammad ibn Muslim, Zurara, and Burayd ibn Muawiyah from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) who said
"A woman who has control over herself, is neither foolish nor under guardianship, her marriage without a guardian is permissible."
4397 - وَ رَوَى اَلْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ وَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ وَ زُرَارَةُ وَ بُرَيْدُ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"اَلْمَرْأَةُ اَلَّتِي قَدْ مَلَكَتْ نَفْسَهَا غَيْرَ اَلسَّفِيهَةِ وَ لاَ اَلْمُوَلَّى عَلَيْهَا تَزْوِيجُهَا بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ جَائِزٌ ".

4. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from more than one person from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘If a woman has performed Tawaf al-Nisa’, more than half of it, then begins experiencing Hayd (menses), she can leave if she wanted.’”
4ـ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ غَيْرِ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
إِذَا طَافَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ طَوَافَ النِّسَاءِ وَطَافَتْ أَكْثَرَ مِنَ النِّصْفِ فَحَاضَتْ نَفَرَتْ إِنْ شَاءَتْ.

hadith 463
4. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Sama‘ah, from Ja‘far ibn Sama‘ah from al-Hassan ibn Hudhayfah from Jamil from al-Fudayf ibn Yasar who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A slave does not inherit and a free person does not inherit from a slave.’” (It is because a slave does not own anything.)
4- حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ سَمَاعَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ حُذَيْفَةَ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْعَبْدُ لا يَرِثُ وَالطَّلِيقُ لا يَرِثُ.

Hadith.4826 - Al-Hasan bin Mahbub narrated from Jamil bin Salih, from Al-Fudayl bin Yasar, who said
I asked Abu Abdillah (peace be upon him) about a man who has only performed the marriage contract (mamluk, meaning he has not yet consummated the marriage) and then declares ẓihar (a pre-Islamic form of divorce where a husband likens his wife to a prohibited relative). Imam (as) said: "There is no ẓihar and no īla' (an oath to abstain from marital relations) until he consummates the marriage with her."
4826 - رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنِ اَلْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مُمْلَكٍ ظَاهَرَ مِنِ اِمْرَأَتِهِ فَقَالَ "لاَ يَكُونُ ظِهَارٌ وَ لاَ يَكُونُ إِيلاَءٌ حَتَّى يَدْخُلَ بِهَا ".

6. Ali has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Ja’far ibn Bashir from Musa ibn Bakr from al-Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about renting land in exchange for foodstuff. He (the Imam) said, ‘If it is of the produce of the same land, there is nothing good in it.’”
6- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ بَكْرٍ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنْ إِجَارَةِ الأرْضِ بِالطَّعَامِ فَقَالَ إِنْ كَانَ مِنْ طَعَامِهَا فَلا خَيْرَ فِيهِ.

Hadith.5446 - Ribʿi narrated from Al-Fuḍayl ibn Yasar from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) regarding a man who is appointed as an executor. Imam (as) said
"If the will is sent to him from another town, he does not have the right to reject it. However, if he is in a city where others are available, then it is up to him to accept or decline it."
5446 - وَ رَوَى رِبْعِيٌّ عَنِ اَلْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ يُوصَى إِلَيْهِ قَالَ "إِذَا بُعِثَ بِهَا إِلَيْهِ مِنْ بَلَدٍ فَلَيْسَ لَهُ رَدُّهَا وَ إِنْ كَانَ فِي مِصْرٍ يُوجَدُ فِيهِ غَيْرُهُ فَذَاكَ إِلَيْهِ".

5. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from abu ‘Isma’il from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), once asked, ‘What do you do?’ I replied, ‘I am not doing anything today.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘This is how your wealth goes away and it becomes difficult for you.’”
5- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) أَيَّ شَيْ‏ءٍ تُعَالِجُ قُلْتُ مَا أُعَالِجُ الْيَوْمَ شَيْئاً فَقَالَ كَذَلِكَ تَذْهَبُ أَمْوَالُكُمْ وَاشْتَدَّ عَلَيْهِ.

Hadith.1175 - Al-Hussain ibn Yasar narrated that
he heard someone asking Imam Al-Ridha (as) about a man who was praying next to another man and stood on his left side without knowing what to do upon realizing this during the prayer. Imam (as) said: "He should move him to his right side."
1175 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ مَنْ يَسْأَلُ اَلرِّضَا عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ: عَنْ رَجُلٍ صَلَّى إِلَى جَانِبِ رَجُلٍ فَقَامَ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَ هُوَ لاَ يَعْلَمُ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ إِذَا عَلِمَ وَ هُوَ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ قَالَ «يُحَوِّلُهُ إِلَى يَمِينِهِ.

2. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad and Sahl ibn Ziyad, all from ibn Mahbub, from Jamil ibn Salih, from al-Fudayl ibn Yasar from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
‘‘One who has memorized the Holy Quran and acts upon it will be with the honorable and righteous angels.”
2ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَسَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْحَافِظُ لِلْقُرْآنِ الْعَامِلُ بِهِ مَعَ السَّفَرَةِ الْكِرَامِ الْبَرَرَةِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Isma‘il ibn Marrar from Yunus from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who finds something in al-Haram (the sacred area). He (the Imam) said, ‘He must not touch it. However, in your case it is not harmful because you define and publicize it.’”
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مَرَّارٍ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَجِدُ اللُّقَطَةَ فِي الْحَرَمِ قَالَ لا يَمَسَّهَا وَأَمَّا أَنْتَ فَلا بَأْسَ لأَنَّكَ تُعَرِّفُهَا.

31-190 According to the same documentation, Ali ibn Abi Talib (a.s.) said, “I can foresee the palaces set up besides the shrine of Al-Husayn (a.s.). It is as if many carriages have set out from Kufa towards the shrine of Al-Husayn (a.s.). Not before a few days and nights have passed will they set out towards him, and this is at the end of the era of the Umayyads.”
190 - وَبِهذَا الإِسناد عَنْ عَلِىِّ بْنِ أَبِي طالِب‏ عَلَيْهِالسَّلامُ
أَنَّهُ قالَ: كَأنِّي بِالقُصُور قَدْ شُيِّدَت حَولَ قَبرِ الحُسَيْن، وَوَكَأنِّي بِالَمحامِل تَخْرُجُ مِنَ الكُوفَةِ إِلى قَبْرِ الحُسَيْن، وَلا تَذْهَبُ اللَّيالِي وَالأَيَّام حَتّى‏ يُسارَ إِلَيْهِ وَذلِكَ عِنْدَ اِنقِطاعِ مُلكِ بَنِي مَرْوانَ.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Umar ibn ‘Udhaynah from al-Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“I once asked abu Ja‘far (a.s.), about the case of a man who slaughters an animal but by mistake the knife cuts off its head before it dies. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is a fast slaughtering and it is not unlawful to use it for food.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنِ الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ ذَبَحَ فَسَبَقَهُ السِّكِّينُ فَقَطَعَ رَأْسَهُ فَقَالَ هُوَ ذَكَاةٌ وَحِيَّةٌ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ وَ بِأَكْلِهِ .

Hadith.1787 - It is narrated by al-Fudhayl ibn Yasar from Abu Abdullah (Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as)) who said
"When one of you fasts the three days of the month, let him not dispute with anyone, act ignorantly, or hasten to take oaths by Allah (swt). If someone acts ignorantly toward him, let him endure it."
1787 - وَ رَوَى اَلْفُضَيْلُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«إِذَا صَامَ أَحَدُكُمُ اَلثَّلاَثَةَ اَلْأَيَّامَ مِنَ اَلشَّهْرِ فَلاَ يُجَادِلَنَّ أَحَداً وَ لاَ يَجْهَلْ وَ لاَ يُسْرِعْ إِلَى اَلْحَلْفِ وَ اَلْأَيْمَانِ بِاللَّهِ فَإِنْ جَهِلَ عَلَيْهِ أَحَدٌ فَلْيَحْتَمِلْ ».

10. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz ibn ‘Abd Allah from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.) has said, ‘Kindred relation will hold to the Throne (of the Lord) on the Day of Judgment and say, “O Lord, establish good relations with those who establish me and cut off good relations with those who cut me off.’”
10ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الله عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) إِنَّ الرَّحِمَ مُعَلَّقَةٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ بِالْعَرْشِ تَقُولُ اللهمَّ صِلْ مَنْ وَصَلَنِي وَاقْطَعْ مَنْ قَطَعَنِي.

hadith 2126
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Sa‘id ibn Yasar who has said the following
“I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man to whom Zakat is given for distribution, if he can take a certain amount for himself. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, can do so.’”
1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) الرَّجُلُ يُعْطَى الزَّكَاةَ يَقْسِمُهَا فِي أَصْحَابِهِ أَ يَأْخُذُ مِنْهَا شَيْئاً قَالَ نَعَمْ.

14. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from Safwan from Sa‘id ibn Yasar who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Do not hire a Zoroastrian woman for breastfeeding your child, however, you may hire a Jewish, a Christian woman who must not drink wine and you must not allow them to do so.’”
أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
لَا تَسْتَرْضِعُوا لِلصَّبِيِّ الْمَجُوسِيَّةَ وَ اسْتَرْضِعْ لَهُ الْيَهُودِيَّةَ وَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةَ وَ لَا يَشْرَبْنَ الْخَمْرَ وَ يُمْنَعْنَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ .
