ميثم بن علي: قال الشيخ الحر في تذكرة المتبحرين (1022): " الشيخ كمال الدين ميثم ابن علي بن ميثم البحراني، كان من العلماء، الفضلاء المدققين، متكلما، ماهرا، له كتب، منها: كتاب شرح نهج البلاغة، كبير ومتوسط وصغير، وشرح المئة كلمة، ورسالة في الإمامة، ورسالة في الكلام، ورسالة في العلم، وغير ذلك، يروي عنه السيد عبد الكريم بن أحمد بن طاووس، وغيره ".
