4. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from certain persons of his people from Aban from ’Isma‘il ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman al-Ju‘fiy who has narrated the following
“About the case of a woman who dies leaving behind just her husband, abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘The entire legacy belongs to him (the husband) if no other heirs exist.’”
4- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي امْرَأَةٍ مَاتَتْ وَتَرَكَتْ زَوْجَهَا قَالَ
الْمَالُ لِلزَّوْجِ يَعْنِي إِذَا لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا وَارِثٌ غَيْرُهُ.

Hadith.5207 - Jafar ibn Bashir narrated from Mualla Abu Uthman from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
I asked Imam (as) about the saying of Allah (swt), the Almighty and Majestic: "But if one remits it as charity, it is an expiation for him.". (Surah Al-Ma'idah 5:45) Imam (as) said: "A portion of his sins will be expiated according to the extent of the forgiveness granted in the case of intentional killing."
5207 - وَ رَوَى جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ مُعَلًّى أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ قَوْلِ اَللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ: ۝ فَمَنْ تَصَدَّقَ بِهِ فَهُوَ كَفّٰارَةٌ لَهُ ۝ قَالَ "يُكَفَّرُ عَنْهُ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ عَلَى قَدْرِ مَا عَفَا عَنِ اَلْعَمْدِ.

6. Al-Hassan ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla ibn Muhammad from al- Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Ali ibn abu Hamza who has said the following
“I heard one of them (the two Imam) (a.s.) saying, ‘When reviling words come from the mouth of reviling people they move back and forth. They will reach the deserving party, if any; otherwise, they come back to the reviling person.’”
6ـ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيهِما السَّلام) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ إِنَّ اللَّعْنَةَ إِذَا خَرَجَتْ مِنْ فِي صَاحِبِهَا تَرَدَّدَتْ فَإِنْ وَجَدَتْ مَسَاغاً وَإِلا رَجَعَتْ عَلَى صَاحِبِهَا.

5. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar from ibn Faddal from Tha‘labah ibn Maymun from ‘Abd al-’A‘la’ Mawla Ale Sam from Mu‘alla’ ibn Khunayth who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is of the obligatory rights of a Muslim on his brother (in faith) to accept his invitation.’”
أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَى مَوْلَى آلِ سَامٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ خُنَيْسٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
إِنَّ مِنْ حَقِّ الْمُسْلِمِ الْوَاجِبِ عَلَى أَخِيهِ إِجَابَةَ دَعْوَتِهِ .

4. Al-FIusayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-FIassan ibn Ali from Flammad ibn ‘Uthaman who has said the following
“When abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), wanted to perform al-‘Umrah he (the Imam) would wait until the morning of the twenty-third of the month of Ramadan, then saying Talbiyah leave on that day.” (Fatwa best explains Hadith 1-4 of this Chapter)
4ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ قَالَ
كَانَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) إِذَا أَرَادَ الْعُمْرَةَ انْتَظَرَ إِلَى صَبِيحَةِ ثَلاثٍ وَعِشْرِينَ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ ثُمَّ يَخْرُجُ مُهِلاًّ فِي ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمِ.

“You are not supposed to trouble the Prophet (in the matters of Ali and the Imam (a.s.) .(33:53) .” “. .like those who annoyed Moses. God proved him to be innocent of what they had said about him. .” (33:70).”

كانَ لَكُمْ أَنْ تُؤْذُوا رَسُولَ الله فِي عَلِيٍّ وَالائِمَّةِ كَالَّذِينَ آذَوْا مُوسى‏ فَبَرَّأَهُ الله مِمَّا قالُوا.

Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Jumhur from Safwan from ibn Muskan from al-Halabi from abu ‘Abdallah about the words of Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most gracious. “If they (the unbelievers) propose peace, accept it and trust in God. God is All-hearing and All-knowing.” (8:61). The narrator has said, “
I asked the Imam (a.s.), ‘What is the meaning of peace?” The Imam (a.s.) said, “It is the acknowledgment of our Leadership with Divine Authority.”
16ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُمْهُورٍ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى وَإِنْ جَنَحُوا لِلسَّلْمِ فَاجْنَحْ لَها قَالَ
قُلْتُ مَا السَّلْمُ قَالَ الدُّخُولُ فِي أَمْرِنَا.

1. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from certain persons of our people from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from abu Maryam al-Ansariy who has narrated the following
“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘The one who knows the number of the grains of sand of a sand valley definitely knows that no deficiency takes place in the ordained shares which are not more than six.’”
1- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ الأنْصَارِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِنَّ الَّذِي يَعْلَمُ عَدَدَ رَمْلِ عَالِجٍ لَيَعْلَمُ أَنَّ الْفَرَائِضَ لا تَعُولُ عَلَى أَكْثَرَ مِنْ سِتَّةٍ.

7. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban from those who narrated to him who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Can I buy, sell or use services of one born out of wedlock? He (the Imam) said, ‘You can buy, sell, enslave or use his services but do not buy a discarded child that is found.’”
7- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَمَّنْ أَخْبَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ وَلَدِ الزِّنَا أَشْتَرِيهِ أَوْ أَبِيعُهُ أَوْ أَسْتَخْدِمُهُ فَقَالَ اشْتَرِهِ وَاسْتَرِقَّهُ وَاسْتَخْدِمْهُ وَبِعْهُ فَأَمَّا اللَّقِيطُ فَلا تَشْتَرِهِ.

6. Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from the one who narrated to him who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who borrowed clothes, then left it as al-Rahn (security deposit) with someone; then the owner came to take it. He (the Imam) said, ‘They can take their asset.’”
6- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام)
فِي رَجُلٍ اسْتَعَارَ ثَوْباً ثُمَّ عَمَدَ إِلَيْهِ فَرَهَنَهُ فَجَاءَ أَهْلُ الْمَتَاعِ إِلَى مَتَاعِهِمْ قَالَ يَأْخُذُونَ مَتَاعَهُمْ.

4. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ and al-Husayn ibn Muhammad from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan, al-Rida (a.s.), once said to me, ‘In the first two Rak‘at it is performing again and confusion in the second two Rak‘at (has remedies).”’

قَالَ لِي أَبُو الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) الإِعَادَةُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الأوَّلَتَيْنِ وَالسَّهْوُ فِي الرَّكْعَتَيْنِ الأخِيرَتَيْنِ.

1. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthman from ibn abu Ya‘fur who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of semen’s coming in contact with one’s clothes. He (the Imam) said, ‘If you know the place of contact wash it clean; but if you do not know, wash all of it clean.’”
1ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ الْمَنِيِّ يُصِيبُ الثَّوْبَ قَالَ إِنْ عَرَفْتَ مَكَانَهُ فَاغْسِلْهُ وَإِنْ خَفِيَ عَلَيْكَ مَكَانُهُ فَاغْسِلْهُ كُلَّهُ.

3. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban from ’Isma‘il al-Ju‘fiy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If a woman experiences a discharge of yellowish color within the (normal) time period of her Hayd (menses), she must not perform Salah (prayer); but if it is after the period of Hayd-free time she must perform Salah (prayer).”’
3ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا رَأَتِ الْمَرْأَةُ الصُّفْرَةَ قَبْلَ انْقِضَاءِ أَيَّامِ عِدَّتِهَا لَمْ تُصَلِّ وَإِنْ كَانَتْ صُفْرَةٌ بَعْدَ انْقِضَاءِ أَيَّامِ قُرْئِهَا صَلَّتْ.

2. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad, from al-Washsha’ from Aban ibn ‘Uthman, from ‘Umar ibn Yazid who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a traveler who performs Salah (prayer) behind an Imam and joins only for two Rak‘at, is it sufficient? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, it is sufficient.’”
2ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ يُصَلِّي مَعَ الإِمَامِ فَيُدْرِكُ مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ رَكْعَتَيْنِ أَ يُجْزِئُ ذَلِكَ عَنْهُ فَقَالَ نَعَمْ.

8. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from abu Dawud al-Mustariq from certain individuals of our people from Muthanna al-Hannat who has said the following
“I once heard abu al-Hassan, the 1st, Alayhi al-Salam, say, ‘Whoever visits al-Husayn (a.s.), with proper understanding of his rights, Allah forgives his sins of the past and those that come later.’”
8ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي دَاوُدَ الْمُسْتَرِقِّ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ مُثَنًّى الْحَنَّاطِ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الأَوَّلِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَتَى الْحُسَيْنَ عَارِفاً بِحَقِّهِ غَفَرَ الله لَهُ مَا تَقَدَّمَ مِنْ ذَنْبِهِ وَمَا تَأَخَّرَ.

5. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘A wine addict will meet Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, as a worshipper of idols will do.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) مُدْمِنُ الْخَمْرِ يَلْقَى اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَوْمَ يَلْقَاهُ كَافِراً .

8. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from certain persons of our people from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Zurarah who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja’far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has stated this Hadith. ‘It is not proper for one to perform the two Rak‘at Salat (prayer) after an obligatory Tawaf anywhere other than near Maqam (station) of Ibrahim ‘Alayhi al-Salam; however, the two Rak‘at Salat (prayer) after optional Tawaf can be performed anywhere in the Masjid.’”
8ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما السَّلاَم) قَالَ
لا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ تُصَلِّيَ رَكْعَتَيْ طَوَافِ الْفَرِيضَةِ إِلاَّ عِنْدَ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) فَأَمَّا التَّطَوُّعُ فَحَيْثُ شِئْتَ مِنَ الْمَسْجِدِ.

3. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali al-Washsha’ from Hammad ibn ‘Uthaman from abu Basir who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘If you are in a land where you are afraid of thieves or beasts, perform Salah (prayer) on your stumper.’”
3ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) يَقُولُ إِنْ كُنْتَ فِي أَرْضِ مَخَافَةٍ فَخَشِيتَ لِصّاً أَوْ سَبُعاً فَصَلِّ عَلَى دَابَّتِكَ.

9. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from Aban from al-Harith ibn al-Mughirah who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If you need something, take Wudu’, perform two Rak‘at Salah (prayer) and then praise Allah, speak of His greatness and read of verses (of Quran), then ask for your needs, your prayer will be answered.’”
9ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا كَانَتْ لَكَ حَاجَةٌ فَتَوَضَّأْ وَصَلِّ رَكْعَتَيْنِ ثُمَّ احْمَدِ الله وَأَثْنِ عَلَيْهِ وَاذْكُرْ مِنَ الآيَةِ ثُمَّ ادْعُ تُجَبْ.

11. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Mu‘alla’ ibn Muhammad from al-Washsha’ from ‘Abd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following
“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has chosen something from everything and from camels, He has chosen she-camels and from sheep He has chosen ewes.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ قَالَ
