محمد بن محمد بن علي: ابن ظفر الحمداني: فقيه، فاضل، تقدم عن الشيخ منتجب الدين في ترجمة أبيه محمد بن أبي الخير. قال الشيخ الحر في تذكرة المتبحرين (913): " وهذا يروي عن السيد فضل الله بن علي الراوندي ". أقول: الظاهر اتحاده مع الحمداني الآتي.
