محمد بن علي بن فضال: روى عن أبي الحسن عليه السلام، وروى عنه معاوية بن حكيم. التهذيب: الجزء 3، باب فضل المساجد والصلاة فيها...، الحديث 824. كذا في الطبعة القديمة والوافي والوسائل أيضا، ولكن من المحتمل أن يكون محرفا، والصحيح الحسن بن علي بن فضال، بدل محمد بن علي بن فضال، لروايته عن أبي الحسن عليه السلام، ورواية معاوية بن حكيم عنه في جملة من الموارد، وعدم وجود لمحمد بن علي بن فضال في غير هذه الرواية من الروايات، ولا في كتب الرجال.
