محمد بن سعيد السكوني: قال الأردبيلي في جامعه: الجزء 2: روى أبو همام، عنه، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام في التهذيب: في باب حدود الزنا، ثم قال: الظاهر أن لفظة (عن) هنا سقطت من بين محمد بن سعيد، والسكوني - على ما يظهر من ترجمة ابن سعيد ابن غزوان الآتي - إنتهى. أقول: السقط إنما كان في نسخته خاصة، وإلا فكلمة (عن) موجودة في التهذيب: الجزء 10، باب حدود الزنا، الحديث 110، والاستبصار: الجزء 4، باب المريض المدنف، الحديث 788. وكذلك موجودة في الكافي: الجزء 7، كتاب الحدود 3، باب الرجل يجب عليه الحد وهو مريض 49، الحديث 3.
